Our recent stay at Grand Hyatt Goa was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and warmth of the staff made us feel truly special. A big shoutout to Shardul at the front desk, who made our check-in smooth and seamless. He went above and beyond by arranging access to the Premium Guest Lounge, which made our stay even more comfortable and memorable. His professionalism and genuine care set the perfect tone for our vacation. During breakfast, we had the pleasure of being served by Atif, whose attention to detail was outstanding. He anticipated our needs before we even asked, from bringing cutlery to serving dishes right to our table. His service was warm, prompt, and always with a smile! And we can't forget Chef Krishna, who made what we can confidently call the best dosa and uttapam of our lives! Every bite reflected his skill and passion - the food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. The resort itself is stunning - from the beautiful pools to the serene surroundings, everything exudes luxury and relaxation. The overall hospitality was top-notch, making us feel cared for at every step. Thank you, Grand Hyatt Goa, for an incredible experience. We're already looking forward to coming back soon!

The resort itself is absolutely gorgeous. The lush landscaping, elegant pools, and direct beach access make it feel like an exclusive retreat. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with modern amenities that combine luxury and comfort. The large windows offer breathtaking ocean views, which makes waking up here feel like a treat every day.

Absolutely stunning! The Grand Majestic offered an impeccable experience. From the seamless check-in to the breathtaking pool views and world-class dining, every detail was perfect. We had booked two rooms at Hyatt Goa a couple of months in advance. Just 10 days before our stay, we received an email from Expedia informing us that the resort would be hosting a wedding, and most areas—including their popular dining venues—would be restricted. This is an extremely disappointing and misleading experience. The resort should be transparent on Expedia about such events and clearly mention any restrictions that could affect guests. I hope they address this issue for future travelers..

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It reflects initials of its name and is actually a grand property with grand ceilings, huge gates and lavish use of marble throughout the property. Big and nice swimming pool. It has a nice view and well catered amenities for recreation. Rooms are spacious, well planned and very comfortable. The welcome snacks are well curated too. Will definitely recommend.
