We had a lovely time at ITC Grand Goa. The hospitality was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly warm, polite, and attentive throughout our stay. From check-in to check-out, everything felt smooth and well taken care of, which really added to the experience. The property itself is beautiful and has a very calming vibe perfect for a peaceful getaway. Big thanks to the staff for making us feel welcome and comfortable at every step. That said, there are a couple of things that could be better. The restaurant menu prices are quite high, especially after taxes, and the portions felt a bit small for the price. Also, while the room was spacious and comfortable, it’s starting to show some signs of wear and tear. We also had a bit of an issue with condensation inside the room, even though we kept the balcony doors shut as advised. Still, we genuinely enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back. With a few improvements, this place can easily be among the very best in Goa.

Had an amazing stay at ITC Grand Goa. The hospitality was top-notch—smooth check-in, warm and well-trained staff, and prompt service throughout. The property is HUGE and beautifully maintained, but buggies were always available, making it easy to get around. The pool is vast and perfect for relaxing, and the private beach is clean, peaceful, and well-kept. Buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a wide variety of tasty options. Overall, a luxurious and comfortable experience. Definitely coming back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A Mixed Stay: Fantastic Pool, Disappointing Rooms & Service Our recent stay had its highs and lows. Without a doubt, the pool was the absolute highlight of the resort. It's truly massive and thoughtfully designed with various sections catering to all ages and group sizes, making it a fantastic spot for everyone. The restaurant offered good food, though it wasn't particularly memorable. The property itself is expansive, which presented a bit of a challenge. Getting around, especially from the beach to our rooms, was difficult as they don't offer bicycle facilities, and waiting for golf carts could be a hassle. However, the most disappointing aspect of our stay was the room itself. We had booked a lagoon view room, and for the price, the size was quite small. The furnishings and decor felt very outdated. Traveling with a small child, we were also uncomfortable with being offered an interconnected room where another family was already staying. Our first-floor room's corridor looked extremely old, and despite our requests, the staff did not change our room. Compounding the room issues, the check-in experience was particularly disappointing. There was no welcome drink offered, and even after requesting a simple glass of water, we didn't receive one. Given these significant drawbacks, especially concerning the rooms and initial service, we will not be staying here again.

Excellent resort! We had dinner at the Italian restaurant Ottimo for birthday celebration. The staff was very courteous and accomodating our requests. Had the best salmon after a long time at this restaurant. The chef came and greeted along with her wishes of our special day! Great experience!

We were there for a week and Mr. Bhanu made impeccable arrangements. The rooms were spotless; we had requested a crib for our new born and it was made available. We didn’t leave the resort and had the most amazing time. Very kind and prompt staff members who understood the challenges of travelling with a new born baby. The beach is serene, the food was great. The suite we had booked was beyond perfect. Suman from laundry department was very kind too. Rupesh at the conceirge sanitised our cars for drop off and pick up from the airport. Saloni at the spa was too kind and the massages were just what we needed to rejuvenate. We could mostly eat at the pavilion, and loved all the cuisines! The tofu roll made on request (I am vegan) was the best I have had in India! Thank you for the amazing service. We hope to be back.
