I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay at Novotel. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality and warmth shown by the staff made me feel extremely comfortable and welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained with all the modern amenities you would expect from a premium hotel. One of the highlights of the stay was the attention to detail and the personalized service. The staff was always ready to help with a smile, whether it was room service, housekeeping, or assistance at the reception. The ambiance of the hotel is peaceful and ideal for both relaxation and business trips. What made the experience even better was that Novotel has another property in Candolim which features its own casino. For guests staying at this Novotel, comfortable transportation is arranged to the casino, and they even offer exclusive discounts to Novotel guests, which was a great bonus. The casino service was also top-notch, with friendly staff and a lively yet secure atmosphere. A special mention to the staff who went above and beyond by packing an early morning breakfast for us on the day of checkout – a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. It showed how much they care about guest satisfaction. Overall, I highly recommend Novotel to anyone planning a stay in the area. Whether you’re visiting for leisure or business, their commitment to quality service, comfort, and convenience makes it an excellent choice. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Great Stay with Novotel. 1. The resort is located near to Candolim beach (5-10mins walk) 2. The staff is super friendly and approachable 3. Frequent follow-up by staff to check if any open issues or any additional support 4. The Pool is good with Bali like feeling 5. Multiple food options and tastes so great.

We had a good family vacation at Novotel Goa Resort & Spa.. The resort offers a perfect blend of relaxation and luxury. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was warm and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff ensured we were comfortable throughout our stay. Our room was a little small but otherwise clean, and well-equipped. The swimming pool was quite unique almost half of it under a big tree. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet at Food Exchange, which had a wide spread of delicious Indian and continental options. The staff at the restaurant were attentive and courteous, always making sure our needs were met with a smile.
