I would say its a 4* at best. Lovely Radisson suite with double balcony and double washroom. Peaceful ambience, great for family n senior citizens Beach is just 8min walk thru Novotel, beautiful ckean beach with gentle waves. No food hawkers to bother. We took the MAP plan and there was just too much food Spa experience was good too. Areas of improvement Kids play area is too small with limited options. Please dont charge basic games like foos ball n air hockey. Have some cycles for kids Pools close early i.e by 730pm. Staff at restaurant can be more welcoming and attentive to guest needs.

Stayed for 4 nights with family. Beautiful garden and well maintained property. The Cavelossim beach is accessible by foot. The hotel also arranges for a buggy ride. Was treated to a quick service and great hospitality. Amazing staff, specially the chief chef Denzil. Every staff member is extremely hospitable. Had a pleasant and wonderful stay. We also used the spa services which was equally pleasant.

We stayed at Radisson for 4 days and had a wonderful experience. Special thanks to "Gautham and Sourav" (the chef) who were extremely kind and supportive in preparing food for our baby. Not even once did they say no — whatever I requested, they happily made. The entire kitchen staff, even those whose names I may have missed, were equally kind and caring, and never minded clearing up the mess. Truly grateful for their patience and warmth. Also, a big thank you to "Bhima and Gaurav" for setting up our room so beautifully and making our stay comfortable. The hospitality and care shown by the whole team made our trip memorable. Experience at Radison was pleasurable. The property is really huge and vast. They have maintained Well. It gives you a Portuguese feel with the Villa sort of construction. We had a good time in the swimming pool, and since it had direct access to the beach, we were able to spend some time on the beach as well. Since it is next to the Novotel, you have an option to spend some time in Novotel as well. The service is little slow, but if you call the Reception and ask for things, you need, they send it pretty fast. The Copacabana in-house disk was average. We did not have a major crowd to enjoy, but the bartender and the food both of them served as well. The location to the Radisson Blu is, however, a little off the limited connectivity, but the beach and the services provided by Radisson are worth it
