I stayed at this hotel for 3 days about two weeks ago, and the experience was extremely disappointing, certainly not what one would expect from a property claiming to be 5-star. First, the parking and valet service were unacceptable. The valet left our car windows open the entire night, and because it rained heavily, the seats were completely soaked and spoiled. This level of negligence is inexcusable. The rooms were also far below standard—very compact with hardly any space to move around. The walls had visible mold that gave off a disgusting smell, creating an uncomfortable and unhealthy environment. On top of that, several amenities did not work: the lights were faulty, the refrigerator was not functioning, and we were not even provided with basic toiletries. Overall, this hotel does not come close to qualifying as a 5-star property. For the amount of money charged, the quality of service and facilities was appalling. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

I had a great experience with the F&B service at Hard Rock Hotel Goa. Specifically associate Rai, who was attentive, polite, and efficient throughout. Orders were taken accurately and served on time, with good attention to detail. They maintained a professional yet friendly attitude, which made the dining experience smooth and enjoyable. Overall, reliable service that reflects well on the hotel.

Great experience at Hard Rock Hotel Goa! The staff was friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk. Rooms were clean and the pool area was amazing—loved the vibe. The only downside was the loud music at night, so light sleepers beware. Would definitely recommend for a fun, lively stay!

We traveled all the way from Spain to visit India and stumbled upon the hotel bar in Goa looking for a relaxing time, where Elvira and her team provided us with an exceptional experience. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and attended to with a smile and friendly service. The drinks and food served at the bar were delicious and very affordable, allowing us to unwind and relax in a pleasant atmosphere. Elvira and her team were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. One of the highlights of our visit was the beautiful pool area.bWe loved being able to take a dip or lounge by the pool while enjoying a drink or snack from the bar. If you're visiting Goa and looking for a place to relax and enjoy a good drink or meal, the hotel bar is definitely worth a visit. Elvira and her team will make you feel right at home. Highly recommended!

Pathetic experience from the moment I checked in. This place calls itself a 4–5 star property but in reality deserves -1 star. The staff’s behavior is rude and unprofessional, and the most basic services are broken. They have only one number (0) for food, emergencies, housekeeping, everything — and no one even picks up the call. Zero sense of hospitality, no urgency, no accountability. Absolutely not worth the brand name “Hard Rock” — it feels more like a badly run budget lodge. I’m stuck here for 5 days and will update this review daily with every issue I encounter so people know the reality behind the glossy marketing. Warning: Don’t waste your money here. This hotel is an embarrassment to the Hard Rock brand.
