I will not stop until I feel I am done fighting this battle of racism. For anyone out there who doesn’t want to stay in an environment which is filled with vibes of racism. The agency I work with told me that they didn’t accept my reservation because I am not Turkish. It’s a freaking hotel, do you do reservations just for the locals? It is a case of racism in bright lights, they simply rejected me because of my nationality. Please be aware.

The Hotel is, I think 4⭐️ but outside it says 5⭐️.
The Hotel is clean, the rooms (in our experience were TINY) 1 Double, 1 Single and NO room to move around with x3 people plus suitcases.
The food was the same, every day - nice, but the same.
Entertainment in the daytime was nonexistent, until or last couple of days.
Plenty of sunbeds and none of the battles you see at other Hotels, I was awake early doors, so would go down and secure our beds then chill by the pool for an hour or so.
Location wise, it is in a great spot, the staff are friendly.
We were hard pushed to see how it had been rated 4⭐️ to be honest?

Just got back from this lovely hotel, we were a family of Nine .Gandparents , adult children and their children. We had a fabulous time ..Rooms a bit on the small side but not to small .Rooms cleaned daily and water and juice supplied daily , you only have to ask your cleaner to replenish your fridge , nothing is to much trouble . The lovely Patish our cleaner was very polite and helpful at all times . The food and entertainment was very good day and night . Small park and kids games room.area right next to outside entertainment venue . Entertainment team always interacting with the kids even the life guards join in a bit of fun with the kids .Pool is deep so kids who cannot swim do need to wear inflatables in big pool although there is a kids pool were they have just as much fun .sunbeds do get reserved despite there been signs all over not to reserve sun beds . Small beach just round the corner . All staff are very hard working and the hotel is very clean . You can pay 50 euro to keep your room on check out day till 6pm if your room is not booked out for that day otherwise its 12 midday to vacate your room but their are courtesy rooms for you to grab a shower if your flight is late afternoon or evening . We would definitely book again for this lovely hotel next year

We spent 10 days all inclusive at this hotel.
The rooms were clean and well maintained. The food was amazing for meat eaters but not as good for vegetarians.
Pool was the highlight, but you have to get up early to get sunbeds for the family. Entertainment was not great and the drinks were standard.
Overall a great time, but not a 5* for sure.

We stayed as a family across 2 rooms (Adult, Adult, Child) and (2 Seniors). Our experience at this hotel improved as we stayed here and I can comfortably say that me and my family have had a lovely holiday here.
We arrived on the 21st of July and stayed for 11 nights.
On arrival to the hotel, we were given a room and keycard to enter and we went to go put our luggage in (See Rooms section for more info).
The service at the hotel is amazing and most of the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The pool is quite spacious and the slide there is good however after going down the slide, be cautious as young children will go down the slide and slam into you without paying attention.
Coming to the end of out holiday we asked about the possibility of extending our room, as were most of the other guests due to depart that day. We were told to come back in an hour (after asking other guests they reiterated this). 1 hour later we were told we couldn’t extend the room and that we would have to leave the room by 12pm. The staff at the front were unhelpful in that particular moment.
The hotel is good and Overall a nice experience.
