The hotel is the absolute best family hotel (having also been here as a child myself in the 90s). For babies, the rooms are set up specially with whatever you need (cot, changing mat etc) and the kitchen staff make fresh pureed baby food to order for every meal. The staff at the hotel are wonderful and went above and beyond what was required (especially housekeeping and the maitre ds) to make our stay comfortable. The main pool was extremely cold for mid October but the covered pool behind this was heated and pleasant (the kids loved it). The villa rooms are quite worn out considering the standard and price point for the hotel in general. I would recommend this hotel to all parents without a doubt.

Our family would like to say thank you to Alex and his amazing staff for a wonderful 10 days holiday.
From start to finish, the staff were awesome.
Probably one of the best all inclusive food variety that we have had.
The views from the bungalows were stunning, the beach was beautiful. Everything was incredibly clean.
We were so proud to be accepted into the Grecotel family and we look forward to seeing you all again soon. X

So, bit of a tricky one to review with mixed opinions. We arrived late on a Thursday and had literally 15 mins to get a drink from the bar as it stopped serving alcohol at midnight. That was annoying after a long day of travelling but they gave us some food which was excellent. We booked into one of the little bungalows on the hill down to the beach but unfortunately this was pretty disappointing as there was a horrendous smell from the drains but also the rooms were very dated and the finish on them was terrible. I suspect 20 years ago these would have looked great and closer represented by the photos online of the hotel. I can't comment on the hotel accommodation itself as I haven't seen the rooms. By the time we got up in the morning, the smell had gone and as the days passed we realised that despite the tired and dated room, it actually worked fine for what you need. Comfy bed, clean room and hot shower....it was fine and grew on us. The whole complex itself was spotless and rooms were turned around daily. Minibar in the room was a poor show...4 of us sharing the room (2 kids, 2 adults) and only 3 soft drinks and 3 bottles of water. No alcohol and only replenished every 2 days (poor show). Main areas around hotel, pool, beach are excellent. What makes the hotel stand out is the quality and range of food (absolutely superb) but more than this, is the staff. As far as the staff and food go I would say it is amongst the best experience I have had at an all inclusive. Would highly reccomend a visit into Corfu town for the day which can be done via shuttle bus, taxi or boat. Woukd I return
.....possibly, but would prefer a better standard of room so may look at the sister hotel around the corner.

We travelled mid oct 2024 for one week 2 adults 2 children. Arrived just after 12.30am and late night snacks at the main lobby bar finished at 1am just as we were checking in the gentleman prompted us to get some food before the bar closes which we were grateful for. Completed the online check in before hand so check in was very quick and bags were taken to the room.
Overall few bits of info misleading on the website, do your research before going, no evening entertainment apart from bingo one night and a outdoor dj another night. Hotel dose not get any sunsets due to the position. Reception staff isn’t the best I’ve come across, bar staff and restaurant are nice. Phone charger broke second to last day and on site shop seemed to have lots of different earphones but no iPhone charger.. reception said I need to leave my phone with them to charge it. No shops nearby. Luckily that evening was our Danilla village meal and was able to get one from the small tourist shop there. Mini bar has coke, Coke Zero and water. They can do picnic boxes if you won’t be around for lunch just need to order at reception day before by 8pm. Indoor gym has no leg machines. Can book photo shoot for free during your stay with no obligation to buy and prices start from €13 per photo. I think the a la carte restaurants, sweet treats, crepes and drinks were the highlight of the hotel, the lobby area is nice but the rest needs work. Room was a big disappointment with the smell and ants. Rooms in main hotel building may be different as ours was outside bungalows.
