The hotel was great. The service and staff were great. The bedroom was clean and well presented. But the bathroom although clean the shower /bath was not great. Food was lovely would recommend a stay for sure

The hotel is the absolute best family hotel (having also been here as a child myself in the 90s). For babies, the rooms are set up specially with whatever you need (cot, changing mat etc) and the kitchen staff make fresh pureed baby food to order for every meal. The staff at the hotel are wonderful and went above and beyond what was required (especially housekeeping and the maitre ds) to make our stay comfortable. The main pool was extremely cold for mid October but the covered pool behind this was heated and pleasant (the kids loved it). The villa rooms are quite worn out considering the standard and price point for the hotel in general. I would recommend this hotel to all parents without a doubt.

We stayed for 3 nights after a short cruise which finished nearby. We had a bungalow on the hillside that although a little dated was so spacious and comfortable with amazing views overlooking the ocean and beach. From check in to check out we have to say that the staff we met in the bars, restaurants and front of house were all exceptional and happy to help with anything. The resort itself is set on a hillside with the hotel and main bars, restaurant at top and the bottom of the resort with a quite beach and restaurants, bar beside the ocean. All meant we could experience everything without needing to ever leave the resort, they also include a hourly boat service that enables you to visit the other 2 Greco resort hotels for free to try their facilities which was a lovely touch. The surrounding gardens are lovely with a variety of trees and flowers to really help feel like this is a secluded location. We will certainly be back for a longer stay in the coming year to really enjoy everything we missed during our short stay.

So, bit of a tricky one to review with mixed opinions. We arrived late on a Thursday and had literally 15 mins to get a drink from the bar as it stopped serving alcohol at midnight. That was annoying after a long day of travelling but they gave us some food which was excellent. We booked into one of the little bungalows on the hill down to the beach but unfortunately this was pretty disappointing as there was a horrendous smell from the drains but also the rooms were very dated and the finish on them was terrible. I suspect 20 years ago these would have looked great and closer represented by the photos online of the hotel. I can't comment on the hotel accommodation itself as I haven't seen the rooms. By the time we got up in the morning, the smell had gone and as the days passed we realised that despite the tired and dated room, it actually worked fine for what you need. Comfy bed, clean room and hot shower....it was fine and grew on us. The whole complex itself was spotless and rooms were turned around daily. Minibar in the room was a poor show...4 of us sharing the room (2 kids, 2 adults) and only 3 soft drinks and 3 bottles of water. No alcohol and only replenished every 2 days (poor show). Main areas around hotel, pool, beach are excellent. What makes the hotel stand out is the quality and range of food (absolutely superb) but more than this, is the staff. As far as the staff and food go I would say it is amongst the best experience I have had at an all inclusive. Would highly reccomend a visit into Corfu town for the day which can be done via shuttle bus, taxi or boat. Woukd I return .....possibly, but would prefer a better standard of room so may look at the sister hotel around the corner.

This hotel is in a beautiful bay with a spectacular view of Corfu and Albania. The staff are amazing, very friendly and helpful, they could not help us enough. The hotel is very family friendly, with a lot of children staying here and this made our holiday with our 2 year old easier. There was a main pool, with a part that was shallower, a heated pool, a small children's pool and then lots of loungers down at the beach. The beach is beautiful and it's great that there is a bar, lunch buffet and ice cream/crepe station down here which means you don't need to venture back up to the main hotel all day if you don't want to. This is handy as the hill down to the beach is very steep, whilst manageable with a pushchair if limited mobility this may be difficult. There was however an electric car driving people up and down the hill at peak times of the day. The food was fantastic, plenty of options at breakfast, lunch and dinner and as mentioned was a crepe and ice cream available near the beach. The only slight cons where that there wasn't really any where to walk to around the hotel, but they did offer a shuttle bus to Corfu town three times a day for €10 per person which we did and was so glad we did. The rooms were also perfectly fine but needed a little bit of maintenance, for example there was a large crack in one of the tiles in our bungalow on a step down in the room and it was quite sharp, but we just covered this with one of their rugs to prevent us walking over it. Overall this is a lovely family hotel with great facilities and most off all great staff who are kind and attentive. I would recommend this hotel to any wishing to travel with children to Corfu.
