Absolutely not a 4 Star hotel. This property is a 3 star at best. Where to start: The rooms: These are incredibly dated and run down, mould in the shower, parts of the bathroom flooring falling off and no in room amenities apart from a hair dryer. Lost a night in a double bed as it was setup as two singles and it had nobody could do anything until the next day apparently. It was only 7pm when we checked in. We had a corner room which is the second best in the hotel but so small and all you really pay for is a bigger balcony and a second window. Don’t waste your money on this. Also these are not sound proof at all. You can hear everything outside on the road and outside your room in the corridor. Breakfast: Very average, pastries are dry and not fresh. Hot food fine. Staff: on the whole the staff have been great. This is a positive of the hotel. Pool area: This is nice and the roof terrace is great. The only downside is it says no reserving beds yet this is not enforced and people leave their stuff on the beds all day which is incredibly annoying. Also, I’ve never stayed at a 4 star hotel where you have to pay for your fresh pool towels and these are kept under lock and key by the life guard, very strange! Lastly, we had two rings go missing from one of our bags during the day while it was in our room. This is still being looked into and I’m hoping this will be resolved before we leave Mallorca.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel from 6-09-24 to 16-09-24. The property is idealy situated on the beach front with all amenities close by. The room is spacious with great views and cleaned daily. The rooftop pool/bar is a must visit the views are spectacular! I found the front of house staff and receptionists very helpful and knowledgeable on the local area. The restaurant staff were polite and helpful. There was a great variety of food from the buffet and breakfast and the restaurant staff were always on hand to help. All in all a wonderful experience from start to finish. I'm already planning to return visit!!

Rooms are clean and basic but includes fridge and safe! Staff are brilliant and location couldn’t be better with beach opposite and some great restaurants nearby. Supermarket next door and pharmacy. Pool is a little small for the size of the hotel and sun loungers are never free due to towels out the night before. Rooftop adult pool with bar made up for this! Views from here are spectacular! Not much shade up there though so be aware of this! Loved staying here and would return.

This hotel has an amazing rooftop pool, with amazing views, this is my second time staying. It is very clean, staff are friendly and the location is central to everything. Breakfast has plenty of choice, it has something for everyone. Overall I would highly recommend it

The service is great, location is peak. The issue lies with the rooms. The room experience made me feel like a prisoner in a cell. The room is very cramped and the beds felt like stone tablets. My back still aches from the stiffness and low quality of these twin sized mattresses. I'm not sure if this is a Mallorca-exclusive experience, but the two twin beds mashed together to give the illusion of a larger bed was very bizarre. Not to mention me and my partner constantly falling between the beds during bedroom cardio. Our room was also dirty and dusty, and there were cockroaches in the bathtub. The bathtub also having no door makes it extremely prone to flooding and getting the floors wet. Absolutely bizarre design idea. The bathroom is also very narrow and only one person can fit in there at a time. Food was 3/5. I regret paying for half board, despite the food being well varied, it was not up to the standards I like. The restaurants around the hotel have superior food and drink for much less. All in all, great location and service/staff were excellent. Room was a nightmare and food was decent.
