My wife and I stayed at this hotel from 6-09-24 to 16-09-24. The property is idealy situated on the beach front with all amenities close by. The room is spacious with great views and cleaned daily. The rooftop pool/bar is a must visit the views are spectacular! I found the front of house staff and receptionists very helpful and knowledgeable on the local area. The restaurant staff were polite and helpful. There was a great variety of food from the buffet and breakfast and the restaurant staff were always on hand to help. All in all a wonderful experience from start to finish. I'm already planning to return visit!!

Absolutely not a 4 Star hotel. This property is a 3 star at best. Where to start: The rooms: These are incredibly dated and run down, mould in the shower, parts of the bathroom flooring falling off and no in room amenities apart from a hair dryer. Lost a night in a double bed as it was setup as two singles and it had nobody could do anything until the next day apparently. It was only 7pm when we checked in. We had a corner room which is the second best in the hotel but so small and all you really pay for is a bigger balcony and a second window. Don’t waste your money on this. Also these are not sound proof at all. You can hear everything outside on the road and outside your room in the corridor. Breakfast: Very average, pastries are dry and not fresh. Hot food fine. Staff: on the whole the staff have been great. This is a positive of the hotel. Pool area: This is nice and the roof terrace is great. The only downside is it says no reserving beds yet this is not enforced and people leave their stuff on the beds all day which is incredibly annoying. Also, I’ve never stayed at a 4 star hotel where you have to pay for your fresh pool towels and these are kept under lock and key by the life guard, very strange! Lastly, we had two rings go missing from one of our bags during the day while it was in our room. This is still being looked into and I’m hoping this will be resolved before we leave Mallorca.

Beautiful hotel on the beach. Staff friendly helpful. Had an problem with the room 1st night but got sorted very fast. Entertainment Staff fabulous very hard working lad that's very funny and really made are stay 10/10. The cafe coffee and cake was delicious and breakfast every morning also 10/10.all round very good hotel.

We didn't stop here,but really wished I had! Hotel was gorgeous. We stopped near by and popped in for cocktails most evenings and had a dinner once, A little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Drinks was amazing, great service. Food was delicious and was one of our favourite places to eat, however we ate there our last night,so only got to eat there once.food was really good.

On the night that we arrived to our room the room didn’t seem like it was cleaned properly. We also found insects on the bed and floor. We went to reception and the staff were very helpful and gave us a new room. The beds were 2 single beds pushed together and were very uncomfortable to sleep on. For a 4 star hotel the rooms are very poor and need a little revamp. Definitely not worth the price. The staff were very helpful and lovely.
