Stayed for a week in October with friends. A beautiful hotel in a premium location. The staff are excellent with nothing being too much trouble. Only stayed B&B but the breakfast was faultless with so much choice. Would I stay there again? Absolutely.

A very good option in Lanzarote. The hotel is modern and new. The service is great, everyone is very attentive and make you feel like home. It has parking which is a plus, as renting a car is a must in the island.
Buffet is good, not a lot of variety but quality food. There’s a food theme every night which means food options change daily.
Overall really recommend this hotel!

Everything about hotel Lava Beach was special. The staff are hardworking, very friendly and always smiling. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were clean, serviced daily with free bottles of water. The contents of the minibar were free, but if restocked, there would be a charge. The entertainment was superb. We were half board, the food was beautiful with loads of choice. Would definitely recommend 👌

The well known saying is Familiarity breeds contempt, but in the case of the Lava Beach Hotel, I suggest Familiarity breeds contentment.
In a turbulent world with conflicts in Gaza, Lebanon & Ukraine, if you are lucky you have a happy place to retreat to, a peaceful space that allows you to leave troubles behind.
Mine is the Lava Beach Hotel in Lanzarote.
This is my home from home, where the staff greet you with a hug and you enjoy 5* treatment in a 5* hotel.
The staff are wonderful, from the quirky Christina’s on reception, to the attentive Elisa in the dining room, and Rafa the Concierge, all deliver excellent service.
I come here repeatedly because I walk into reception, accept my glass of Fizz, and Relax!! I cannot recommend the Lava Beach too highly.

Our first time at Lava Beach Hotel. Truly wonderful experience and well deserving of its 5 stars. Amazing service all around; friendly, welcoming and helpful staff, excellent food at breakfast and buffet suppers, hard working and committed staff. Hotel spacious, light and spotlessly clean. Lots of spaces to chill and relax. Room cleaned daily, nothing too much trouble. Included free minibar and two bottles of water a day (other minibar drinks charged if re-stocked), use of quality beach towels (but charged if you lose them). Spacious room and balcony (Junior suite, pool facing), large wall mounted TV with English channels (e.g. BBC, ITV, film 4). Prompt responses to our email queries prior to arrival, mainly relating to travelling with our son who has a medical condition. Cannot fault at all. We had a fabulous time. Hotel Lava Beach gets the balance just right. Immaculate and attentive service but relaxed and unobtrusive atmosphere. Would definitely return for another holiday. We were immensely sorry to leave!
