We had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza, and I want to give a special shout-out to Alejandro at the reception. After a less pleasant experience at another hotel, Alejandro’s kindness and professionalism really stood out. He made everything from our check-in to our entire stay the best we’ve had. Honestly, out of the five hotels we’ve stayed at in Ibiza, this one tops them all. Hard Rock Hotel has amazing facilities and the best service we’ve encountered. I highly recommend it to everyone. Thanks to Alejandro at the reception for making our stay truly exceptional!

I had the best time here! It was my second time in Ibiza, I had previously stayed at a hotel next door. Hard Rock was so much better! The pools were very lively during the day, and they even had a very fun concert event going on one night. Great security, friendly staff, nice facilities. It is very nice they keep things open late downstairs. I will be staying here again when I return, without a doubt! Hard Rock Ibiza was a 5/5 experience

Love everything at the hotel. The spa was a nice touch to kill some time before our flights. And the Salon near the spa is absolutely amazing, I did my nails with Azahara and I loved it. Friendly staff and great service.

Very good, would come again. Not many issues apart from food is ridiculously expensive, so would recommend coming with breakfast included which is open from 7 till 11 and is amazing. Great choice and options for everyone and a lot of the food is branded. You can always eat out which is a lot cheaper, but not too many places to go. Didn't have dinner at the hotel once as was with the 10 year old but we had a lunch which was 4 chicken strips and chips for around €20. Cocktails are over €15 each. The shower leaked because the door didn't seal, the toilet light turns on automatically and blinds you in the night. The door to the balcony rattled and could hear the wind through it- but I reported this and was fixed straight away. The fridge is full of snacks which are extortionate, but means there's no space to put your own thing in there. We were only here for 4 nights, if longer I'd have asked them to be removed. There's ice machines on every floor which was good - we didn't notice this until day 3 as it's hidden round a corner in front of the stairs. The in room jacuzzi bath was very good and kept the 10 year old occupied every time we went back to the room. All in all very impressed and will be looking at hard rock hotels for future holidays
