We had an unforgettable 3-night, 4-day stay at Hilton Goa Resort as a couple. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and upgraded on request to one with a beautiful view and excellent ventilation—setting the tone for a truly relaxing getaway. But what made our stay exceptional was the level of hospitality we received: every member of the staff—from reception and front desk to housekeeping and dining—offered genuinely warm, attentive, and proactive service They anticipated our needs, were quick to accommodate special requests, and consistently followed up with smiles and kindness. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with a varied and well-presented spread, and the team checked in regularly to ensure everything was perfect. From the prompt, personalized room service to the thoughtful gestures that made us feel truly cared for, the staff’s commitment to guest satisfaction transformed our vacation into a memorable, heartfelt experience. We absolutely loved every moment and can’t wait to return.

Situated atop the steepest hill I've ever driven on, with winding roads! Only one car allowed at a time. The drive to the hotel was one of a kind experience in itself. Had the best view of Goa from above. Has a casino too, however you're only allowed to enter with a fee. Very polite staff and lots of space to have a walk around!

We had an amazing experience at the Hilton Goa. The property is absolutely stunning — easily one of the best in Goa. The rooms are spacious, beautifully maintained, and offer a luxurious experience. The service truly stood out. A special thanks to Obed and Aditi who were incredibly attentive and ensured all our requests were taken care of with a smile. Debolina, the manager, was very approachable and helpful, and Surender also impressed us with his excellent service. Would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Goa — it’s a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and warm hospitality.
