We had the best concierge Micker. We have had the best time! All of the staff here were amazing! From checking in being swept away with drinks and towels for our necks from the moment we walked in has been paradise! We would recommend this resort to anyone who’s looking for some rest and relaxation! The inclusive water sports were amazing and perfect for anyone who’s looking to have fun on the water! We loved it!

We had an excellent time. There are so many activities for kids which is unique.
The entertainment team was great for adults as well. We enjoyed the water aerobics and dance classes with Juliana, Maria, Picasso, and Juan. In the evenings, there is a mini show and dancing for kids which was very fun. Freddy, the MC of the main show, did a great job and we were laughing every evening. There was a wonderful Christmas event for the kids with decorations and characters.
All of the food and drinks were delicious. We especially enjoyed The Grill and Le Mustache. There was always a good selection at the buffet. We loved the cafe in the lobby where we ordered different coffees and pastries every day.
The beach was beautiful and great for kids because the water was calm.

This resort was definitely one of the nicest hotels I have been to on vacation. All of the staff was amazing the food was great and the amenities and atmosphere were unmatched. Being here for my friends wedding it was a blessing to be treated how we did by all of the cooks, servers, bell boys, and cleaning staff. Will definitely recommend to all my friends and family and will look forward to coming back in the future!

Stayed at the hotel for 8 days. Top quality service from the beginning. Greeted with champagne and towels upon arrival. Every member of staff greats you with a hello and a smile. They make sure your stay is perfect. Greatly appreciated our time here and looking to come back with our kids in the near future.
