This is the best resort I have ever been to! Everyone was so happy and helpful, constant attention but also gave us our space. The view is absolutely stunning, and Miguel (a server in the Spice Market) was super helpful, attentive, and friendly! We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. We stayed in the family side of the resort and it was very family friendly, lots of kids there who were enjoying themselves also. Highly highly recommend!

My time spent here has been absolutely beautiful! There is always someone to assist you and everyone is so friendly. The food has been amazing, there is always something delicious available to eat, and there is great array of selection as well. Welcome, has served us very well at the buffet, always ready to clear our used plates and ready to tend our water! Thank you Welcome!!!! Sad to leave but when it was time to go, Miguel at checkout was a great help!!!

Our family loved our vacation here. Service was amazing, attentive and friendly. The beach is gorgeous and so are the pools. The shower door didn't line up well so the bathroom got wet and the sink faucet splashed, and noise from the hallway traveled through, but otherwise the room was great. The landscaping is beautiful and it feels like you're in paradise. The food is great, our kids loved it too. We were here in high seasonn when the hotel was sold out and nothing ever felt crowded. Water park is fun and great bonus for the kids (watch out for the kamikaze slide unless you're brave!). They enjoyed kids treatments at the spa too.

Amazing resort! Everything you could ask for. Good vibes , great food. We’re at the Enclave beach side everyday and Belgica made our experience there awesome ! She was the best server !
