This is definitely the best hotel we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The staff: ultra friendly, helpful and welcoming. The location: right on the beach and what a lovely beach it is, cleaned daily. The room: perfection, couldn't have wanted for anything else. The service: 2nd to none, nothing was ever any trouble. The hotel: the grounds are impeccable. A team are relentlessly cleaning and gardening. The pools : beautiful and the one we used was nice and cool, with beautiful views. They also had decked areas near the beach.

Our stay at Dusit Thani Krabi Resort was absolutely wonderful. The room was spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable – the perfect place to relax. The resort facilities are excellent, from the swimming pools and gym to the direct access to a beautiful beach. Breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of delicious options, both international and local. It was definitely something we looked forward to every morning. What truly made our stay special was the staff. They were warm, friendly, and always willing to help, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable from check-in to check-out. If “going beyond expectations” had to be given as a title to any place, Dusit Thani Krabi resort would absolutely deserve it! Before arriving, I had requested an early check-in, and the team politely explained that they follow standard check-in and check-out times. Naturally, we assumed we’d have to wait around six hours before getting our room. But to our surprise and delight the resort won our hearts the moment we arrived. Not only were we warmly welcomed, but they also went out of their way to give us early access to our room. That small act of thoughtfulness set the tone for the rest of our stay, one filled with kindness, care, and genuine hospitality. There was one tiny hiccup when we first arrived, but the housekeeping staff was incredibly prompt in fixing it and made sure we were completely comfortable afterward. Every interaction, from the front desk to the restaurant staff and lounge personnel, felt personal and heartfelt. It wasn’t just a stay; it was an experience that reminded us how attention to detail and warmth can truly make a place unforgettable.

The hotel is beautiful. Nice view with great beach and pools. Food is OK, and the service is all right. But there is a feeling that something is missing for it to be the five stars hotel it suppose to be. We are a family of six and the two rooms we received where clean but you could see the wear and tear on them and the years since they where built. The is no optio to connect the TV to nextflix or to youtube. The location is great with all you need just at the entry point from the street to the hotel with 7 eleven, taxis, shops and restaurants. Kids club is great with a lovely team. Breakfast was OK and the restaurants in side the hotel was OK, not more than that.
