I stayed at the hotel with a plan that included lounge access, and was very satisfied with the adequate meals provided. I was surprised that I hardly had to pay for any additional meals during my stay. Very good service.
There are two areas that could be improved. First, the music played in the lobby in the morning was pleasant, but the socks worn by the person playing the music had three holes in them, which was a bit disappointing. When it comes to grooming, it's important to take care of your feet as well. Secondly, I stayed in a room facing the sea, but there were trees growing so the sea was not visible. The garden view was nice, but it was a bit different from what I had imagined.

Our family of 4 (2 kids ages 2.5 and 5) couldn't have enjoyed our stay more here at Dusit Thani! As soon as we walked up to the lobby we knew our stay would be the 5-Star experience. Everyone (everyone) was friendly and accommodating, greeting us each time we had passed by with a big smile. Our room was super clean with a beautiful balcony view and had everything we needed for our stay. Although there were some minor landscaping renovations in progress, the resort was huge and immaculate with stunning views and architecture from the pools, beach deck and lawns, to the sandy surroundings along the beach, outdoor eating areas and trees for shade. The best part that my kids loved were the toddler pools which extended to an infinity pool and is also great for adults. The food was spectacular (10/10) for buffet style (we were only able to try the included breakfast) but we were satisfied with everything we ate. The service was excellent particularly being greeted by who turned out to be the event manager upon ordering food and drinks along the beach deck. We had arrived late the night before and were only staying two nights and had already fallen in love with the resort. Despite our short stay, we wanted to stay as long as possible and requested a late checkout. The event manager quickly returned to our response informing us that it was not guaranteed (which we were ok with) but got back to us very promptly letting us know that we could check out late (4:00 PM) the next day! We were not able to get massages at the beach but the option provided to have one is excellent with great prices. We also were not able to take advantage of the classes provided but they had great options each day.
Our daughter was able have a lot of fun and decorate her own candle at the Kid's Club too! In fact, a part of the glass had cracked after making it and we went back to make another one which they had accommodated free of charge. I don't know what else this resort can do to be better since our experience was perfect, already. If we ever decide to come back to Krabi, we already know we will be staying here again!!

We had a wonderfully relaxing time during our 5 night stay at the Dusit Thani Krabi hotel. The hotel is located right on a beautiful beach which was lovely and quiet and is run by the most attentive of staff you can possible imagine.
We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis (Breakfast was both good in quality and variety). During the day we tended to eat at the hotels poolside restaurant which was very reasonably priced and in the evening ate at a number of restaurants located within a 5 minute stroll from the hotel. Would loved to have stayed longer but we had to move on to another hotel in a different part of Thailand.
Would definitely return to this hotel as and when we next visit Thailand.

I have chosen Dusit Thani Krabi Resort because we love Dusit Thani Singapore. Nevertheless, Dusit Thani Krabi has such a large and spacious area. We definitely love the Club Room because we were pampered with a wide selection of drinks and food. Book the Club if you want to enhance your stay. Our room is big and the bed is huge! We definitely had our best time in Krabi.

The hotel lies on a beautiful beach in a quiet area away from the crowds, so you actually get to enjoy it. The hotel's amenities are excellent as well, especially the club lounge provided very satisfactory dishes and drinks. The rooms are spacious, modern, clean and are a rare example of having big enough suitcase racks so you can properly open even two suitcases. But the clear winning factor are the staff. Everyone is exceptionally friendly, once again emphasizing on the club lounge people that get to know you over time and make you really feel at home. Everything was perfect during my stay and I will 100% come back here. The only change I would suggest is adding a second towel counter for the second pool to avoid walking back and forth.
