A very nice hotel for families. They have various swimming pools for adults and children, with or without slides. Exit to the beach from the hotel garden. A huge restaurant with different food every day. It is a good and cheap choice for what it offers. Very nice staff. But the small businesses in the hotel, like shops, have too high, exaggerated prices, as well as the shops and restaurants outside the resort. And the fact that wifi has to be paid separately is a minus.

The problem is that someone at the reception handed over my phone number to scammers and they now call me every day, trying to deceive me. This didn't happen before, and I didn't leave my phone number anywhere else. The hotel is not far from antique Side. Big, clear territory , we enjoined to move a lot. Nice beach and swimming pools. Good meal but you can't always find a free table here. Waiters work hardly. A very weak animation . 8 people almost don't work, boring and not friendly. I don't understand the meaning of their work. And when they started turning on Russian music , it was impossible to hear, many people were left. Do you have to listen to their music while hundreds of civilians are being killed of russian every day???? And why there are no Turkish music almost ?

Generally, the hotel beach and sea was perfect for us and kids! All others not so well.
2 adults with 2 kids. 6 and 2 years old.
The hotel is far from the sea - about 5 minutes with a stroller. The road is somehow difficult for the stroller.
On the Western part a power generator? was working 24/24, not very pleasant at night, due to noise.
Room cleaning is very superficial.
Food was medium to low. Seems to be more oriented on Turkish clients. Our kids ate only pasta, rice and fries all 6 days. The meat menu during the day must to be improved, at lunch it was fine. The desserts and fruits were delicious.
Hope they will improve the quality in the future.

Hotel poll and foods is good. The animation team caught our attention the most at the hotel. The activities, games and activities were great. Especially Can was very friendly and warm-hearted.

Disappointing Stay at a Supposed 5-Star Resort.
My recent stay at Horus Paradise was extremely disappointing. Advertised as a 5-star luxury resort, it failed to meet even basic expectations in numerous ways:
Drinks were served in plastic cups, and there were no teaspoons to stir your coffee. They frequently ran out of ice and bottled water, which is unacceptable for a supposed luxury resort.
Extra Charges: Despite booking an all-inclusive package, many amenities required additional payment, including Wi-Fi.
Most of the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. Their attitude significantly detracted from the overall experience.
Dining Incident: One night at dinner, we were seated at a table that was apparently reserved. Some extremely rude guests confronted us and began taking our plates off the table. The general manager, rather than handling the situation professionally, simply offered to find us another table without even an apology for the inconvenience.
The only good thing about it, it is located steps away from the beach.
Overall, my stay was far from the luxury experience promised. I would not recommend Horus paradise to anyone seeking a true 5-star experience.
