Reception staff are a mixed bag, some friendly and helpful and others less so. A room safe is listed in the included room items, but unexpected charging of €27 for hire of it for a week is unreasonable; especially just having handed over the ever-unpopular tourist tax!
I was on the 2nd floor. The corridor carpet was very badly worn and stained along entire length.
My room door stuck to the floor on opening /closing. It needed 2 hefty shoves to enter and, on a morning, probably woke everyone still in bed.
In the bathroom, the shaving mirror was hanging off the wall. I needed to fix this with my bike tools! The cleaning staff that serviced the room daily, will have known about the sticking door and shaving mirror, so either they didn't report it, or they reported it and management chose to ignore it.
Many hotels have a small balcony clothes drying rack. There seemed to be a housing for one, but no rack. This would have been helpful.
The room was clean and otherwise well equipped. However, for a so-called Superior room, it was on the small side, with quite limited clothes storage. Bearing in mind I had sole-occupancy, 2 people would have struggled.
Restaurant: Staff worked hard, but an occasional greeting and smile would have been welcome.
Breakfast. In respect of the cooked option, some days there were no mushrooms or beans and sometimes absence of boiled, scrambled or fried eggs. Porridge cold.
Evening. Sometimes very limited vegetables available to go with meat or fish dishes.
Very cheap quality dessert options and nothing memorable.
Restaurant excessively noisy, making conversation extremely difficult.
No quiet areas on retreating to lounge and music far too loud to allow conversation here either. Many group members retired to their rooms early to escape the racket!
In summary, I think the management pack their guests in, and in many ways, take them for granted, with little regard for their comfort. Our large group are uniformly agreed, we would definitely not go back!

Good location, few bars nearby, not much traffic, close to picturesque promenade.
Generally clean hotel, area's of carpets near rooms (6) floor with unsightly paint or cement on it ?
Our rooms were clean and spacious, but with limited storage space.
Food, in my opinion, was very limited choice, especially in the evening, but
my choice was tasty and well presented.
Entertainment in the evening was definitely not the best.
The staff service generally was ok,catering staff very efficient at removing used crockery.Bar staff very good 👍.
The afternoon all-inclusive snacks were a lot to be desired, chips burgers and chicken nuggets ( generally cold and limited quantities). We asked catering staff for ice cream for our party of 7,and was told politely, none was available?
Spoke to lady Jet2 rep about the ice cream, her response was go to the shop and buy them( we had paid for all-inclusive catering)
The spa room and facilities were excellent.
Summary of our Weeks October break is we enjoyed it at this hotel.👍😃

We stayed here for our recent holiday and it’s a decent enough hotel in a nice location.
We went all inclusive which was good although I would say the food isn’t great and there’s not a massive selection. Wasn’t a problem for us as we had intended eating out and got our moneys worth from the drinks.
Unfortunately I booked a room without a balcony and only realised when it was too late to change it. That aside the room was alright and it was cleaned every day. One downside is it was just down the hall from reception and could be very loud.
All the staff around the hotel were very friendly and service was good. There was lots of entertainment on both during the day and evening if you’re into all that.
Lots of cyclists stay here and there’s actually a bike rental attached to the hotel. The hotel itself is very cyclist friendly. It also means round the pool tends to be quieter during the day so easy to get a sun lounger if you’re not a cyclist (or on a recovery day).

We stayed here July 2023 2 adults and a toddler. For all inclusive the food was amazing, especially as I’m a fussy vegetarian! The pools are great, a huge water slide area for kids, plus a really good outdoor play area. And they have a foam party once a week!! Next time we would upgrade rooms as it was just a bed, no seating area indoors. The only negative is that the balcony lights go off at 11pm and we liked sitting outside playing cards. An amazing hotel, we will definitely come back!

Great hotel for families friends, couples and bikers. We go all inclusive so no worries about paying for anything. Food is good loads of choices. Staff very helpful and friendly. You can rent an iron for use then get your money back after using it. The rooms are cleaned every day and have kettle & tea coffee cups in them plus a fridge. The hotel has lifts too. Outside a pool bar where you can get snacks and lunchtime food. Round the back is a new play park for kids and tennis for adults. There is a Spa too inside the hotel. Its situated about 5min walk to beach shops over the road and pubs and restaurants around the corner.
