Our recent at Hotel Condesa was truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views of the port and mountains. The hotel's prime location offered the perfect blend of serenity and accessibility. The culinary experience was outstanding, with an incredible variety of delicious dishes to suit every taste. The food quality and presentation were consistently impressive.
What truly made our stay remarkable, however, was the exceptional service. The front desk team, kitchen staff, entertainment crew, and housekeeping were all top-notch. Every interaction was met with warm smiles, efficiency and genuine hospitality. Special mention goes to Lydia, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of exceptional. Her expert guidance on local events, tours, markets and hidden gems for sightseeing made our exploration the area are truly unforgettable.
Hotel Condesa exceeded our expectations in every way. If you're seeking a seamless blend of natural beauty, comfort, and exceptional service, look no further.

I can’t say enough good things about Hotel Condesa! The location is absolutely stunning—picture-perfect white sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were so warm, welcoming, and always ready with a smile. The restaurant team worked tirelessly, making sure everything was spotless and that we were never without a drink in hand. The entertainment was top-notch too! I loved that the entertainment team didn’t pressure anyone to join in, and the shows were just brilliant every night. As for the bar staff, they’re honestly the heart of the place—always cheerful, hardworking, and super efficient. They really help create such a fun and lively atmosphere. If you’re considering staying here, I highly recommend it—you won’t be disappointed!

Amazing facilities for small kids (up to 10). Kids pools both heated so that was lovely and there was great entertainment for the kids. Our 4 year old loved it. The staff was lovely and kind. However, the room we got, apart from the fact it was and old fashioned one ( although clean) was right above the bins and delivery area and it was extremely loud. Every nothing at 7.30 am we were woken up by either the trash being collected or the delivery trucks, sometimes both. During the day, the noise wasn't better, whenever we tried to take naps around lunchtime the noise was either from outside or from the cleaning ladies who were practically shouting across the hall to one another. You could even hear them cleaning (moving furniture etc.) above us (room 133). As we were in the last week of the hotel operating ( not aware of this at time of booking) the food, drinks and services were almost running out. No drinks machines were working, food options were also quite limited for an all inclusive board and even though we were checking out on their second last day we still had to pay €60 for a late check out fee ( without them needing the room sure ). The hotel itself is nice and in the middle of renovation so I'm sure in the future it will be very modern for new guests. Also because of position of rooms we did not get a ray of sunshine in our balcony.

We were recently back at the hotel Condesa after 2 years and mostly of the time pleasure with it. But we have to give 1 star less cause to the quality of food and cocktails. Food was plentiful and really longer served than many hotels , a plus point, but im compared with two years earlier not so special Mediterranean. The cocktails were for all inclusive guest, early partly chargeable but tasty, now tasted bland and terrible. We don't drink so much alcohol but would like sometime enjoy a really good once.

Not what I expected from a 4-star hotel. First 2 hours review:
Check-in experience at around 11 PM:
The day shift staff was friendly.
Upon entering the room, we found two separate beds and a baby bed, even though we never requested this setup. When we approached the reception to request a change to a single bed, the night staff said they were unable to assist.
The room has a strong, unpleasant odor. When I asked the reception if this was common, the staff member with piercings responded in an unprofessional manner, which was disappointing. He used the F word.
The heating system seemed to blow cold air, and without the AC on, the room's smell has become overwhelming and is literally a health hazard for me. It's giving me allergies. This room is a health hazard for people with asthma.
I will continue to update this review as my stay progresses, but these were my impressions from the first couple of hours.
