Really nicely situated and lovely decor. Nice and friendly staff with a good bike storage. We were there for an event which made this place the best place to stay. Will happily go back.

We really enjoyed our stay here. As others have noted, the location is superb. It is right next to the beach so you can pop for a quick swim in the sea without taking all your things. The rooms are very clean and pleasant and the shower had great pressure. Breakfast was as you'd expect with lots of variety. We really appreciated the fact that on our last day we were only leaving later on and could still use the pool and private pool showers before our flight. The rooftop is also lovely and is a great sunset spot. (It doesn't allow children for those with them!)

Hotel Eden is absolutely a dream! The room was clean and stunning! We were greeted with an upgraded room, so we had a front facing room overlooking the port/sea. Parking was less expensive in the garage, so we parked there. The rooftop bar was wonderful, pool and short walk to the beach were fantastic! The breakfast included with our room was INCREDIBLE! Really large variety of breads, fruit, salad bar, eggs many ways, juices, coffee machine with espresso drinks and lattes, yogurt, cereal and much more! The staff was so kind and helpful! We would highly recommend this to others! You are making a great choice staying here!

Rooms were sufficient in terms of size, modernity and cleanliness. The bathrooms didn't get the same update apparently as the rest of the room. Reception staff pleasant. Bar staff less attentive and rather unfriendly. Views and location unbeatable. Pool nice. Breakfast, unfortunately leaves some thing to be desired in terms of quality, for example, really bad juices from concentrate, really bad coffee from an instant machine, etc. Obviously geared toward the masses... Beds, disastrously, uncomfortable. For being a hotel and a family oriented, destination, we were bummed that they didn’t allow kids in the rooftop bar. There were a couple of issues like a leaking roof, rooms not being made up, etc., but each time, the staff made the effort to resolve it. When checking out, they didn't ask how our stay was. A basic courtesy that should always be protocol.

Outstanding location, service and atmosphere, the sunset from the rooftop was out of this world. Highly recommend a trip to Sóller as part of your Mallorca vacation. One tiny criticism is the bathrooms are in need of an update to match the rest of the room! Other than that, perfect!
