This is a 3 Star hotel claiming to be 4 star due to its location. If you book here you must have a room with a sea view, it's a terrific view with sun on the balcony from around 10.00am till 18.30 depending on the time of year. Big rooms but basic, very small t.v that has English channels, no tea/coffee making facilities but does have a fridge. Room cleaned every day, new towels every day probably because they are soaking from the shower flooding the bathroom floor, slip hazard if you're elderly, paddling pool if you're young. Food is ok more like school dinners rather than a 4 Star hotel. Swimming pool is small given the amount of folk staying, however the sea is a 2 minute walk.At the quieter end of Magaluf almost at Torrenova so much quieter at night. The hotel has an entirely different view of All Inclusive than any other hotel we have stayed in. A bus stop is 10 mins away with buses to Palma every 30 mins.

We've stayed here for 2 nights and everything was very nice. The rooms are spacious and clean. They clean them once a day. The food is good and they have some interesting varieties of local cuisine. The view is amazing. Magaluf Beach is for the people who stay up until late and party. If you want to go early to bed, this is not the right place for you. They have paid private parking if you come by car. I can't stress this enough; the view is spectacular.

Just Perfect, the view to the beach is BEAUTIFUL, and the restaurant is with the beach view, the Staff are really kind, the Lady from reception (Ana) was super kind , the housekeeper always say hello , the food was good. Location is perfect as you have the beach just 2 min walking. Only thing I didn’t like was the room I stay was to the “city” way soo because the nightclubs or bars I couldn’t sleep properly because of the noise from outside

Lovely room, amazing view. But the all inclusive isn’t all inclusive!! When booking we knew we were only getting 3 drinks at lunch and 3 at dinner. But when going to dinner on the first night we were told we can only have wine or beer. Quite disappointed with this. Should’ve not bothered paying for the “all inclusive”!!!
