We had an absolutely wonderful holiday at the Palia Maria Eugenia hotel.
My husband was very anxious arriving as he is registered blind, however he needn’t have been as the whole experience was incredible and the staff could not have done enough to make our stay enjoyable and make him feel safe and supported. Firstly we got an upgraded room, so he had more space and less stairs to climb, secondly the bar and restaurant staff guided him as if they were trained to care for people with additional needs. The views were spectacular, food delicious and entertainment fun and engaging. I loved the aqua gym! If you are thinking of going, book premium, it gives you more excess to limited areas and enough sun loungers for everyone, with space between each group. The pools are beautiful with sea views as if you are in an infinity pool. Lots of shops opposite and a short walk down to the beach with crystal clear sea. What more can you want? We intend to return next year with family this time. Thank you staff we loved it! Now to tackle the post holiday blues

Myself and my family spent a week here at the end of May and loved every minute. The staff were amazing, they put on great entertainment that the adults and kids enjoyed, their service behind the bar was great and they were all super friendly. The rooms were modern and extremely clean, with fresh towels everyday and had a pretty balcony view.
We chose the premium option which gave us access to 2 more pools and a separate bar which looked over the sea beautifully. I would recommend getting this as it felt worth it to all of us! These pools were quieter, had sun lounging canopy’s and staff would often come round with food on trays for you to try.
The beach was not even a 10 minute walk down the coastal path and was beautiful. The water was amazing and I would definitely recommend visiting Martinelli Beach Club right next to it. The cocktails and food are incredible.
Overall we had the best week and we would 100% come here again!

Just arrived home from this hotel. We booked a room for 4 adults. We had the smallest room with one of the beds “ a put me up metal bed across the door to the alwful balcony. Room was so basic and very worn. This is NOT a 4* star hotel I would say a 2* for hotel and 3* for the beach view. Staff are helpful and polite but the food is so basic and bland you struggle to find something each time. Hotel hallway is DIRTY with stains and nothing like the pictures advertised unless you go premium rooms which look nicer. I feel I have to leave this review as it’s completely false advertising on what you think your bookings for a relaxing holiday ! Drinks are watered down and finishes at 11pm and well the entertainment is so bad it’s embarrassing to describe. Please take a look at the pictures this don’t lie. WiFi is terrible hotel only give you free for 24hrs.

We stayed at Palia Maria Eugenia for a week in September, and thought it was absolutely incredible. For such a great price for a week all inclusive in September we felt it was brilliant value for money!!!! 😄
The staff were so lovely at all times, the reception ladies were always so attentive and helpful, and the animation team is brilliant!!!! They all speak multiple languages which is just fabulous, they did so much around the pool during the day like Aqua Gym, crazy games, volleyball, darts and more, and we loved everybody here. 🩵🙌
Our room was brilliant with a double bed and one single for 2 of us we had a lot of space, gorgeous balcony overlooking the Cales De Mallorca markets opposite. Short walk to the beach, we did a boat trip, spent almost everyday exploring the markets and bars too! 😊
The food was lovely, different themes on some nights too, our favourite night was Mexican 🇲🇽 Decent night time entertainment including a magician & a latino singing/dancing duo! We spent our entire week pretty much lounging by the pool every day and it was so lovely.
I’ve never been to a hotel where you don’t have to rush for a sun bed or get up at the crack of dawn to get one, we went down at 11am sometimes and even later and there were so many sun beds available! Lots of people sat on the sofa seats under the covers by the bar so there was so many options of where to sit and relax! 😃
We didn’t go VIP and didn’t feel we needed it, our holiday still felt luxurious for the good price we paid for it honestly! We tried out the 2 adult only pools that are down the steps by the other pool bar and tennis courts and they were lovely too, but we preferred staying on the main pool area. We even went down the slides (we’re in our twenties😅) which was so much fun.
The only thing I’d say, is we wish they offered British bacon for brekkie 😂😂 but everything else was delicious, and you get what you pay for!
I cannot fault this hotel at all, we had a brilliant stay and would definitely recommend and comeback again some day, thank you to the fabulous staff for making our first summer holiday in 6 years so special and enjoyable 🩵🙌🙌

Premium rooms are nice - in separate bldg from main hotel with key card security to access. Cleaned daily and all with sea views. Access to private area with 2 x freshwater infinity pools, sunloungers, sauna, own bar area, which provides drinks/snacks and good service from staff.
AI meals served in main hotel bldg - food was below par of what expected for a 4 star (not the greatest selection and never piping hot - would give food a 2.5-3 star rating at max, and that's not me being fussy, just comparing it to what I receive normally on holiday).
Staff friendly in reception, premium area, dining room, perhaps a bit slow in service in main bar. Entertainment on par with other hotels, some by in-house team, some by external singers etc. Drinks - Localy produced wines, spirits, beer, choice of 5/6 cocktails (all others incur a charge).
