Absolutely fantastic holiday. Amazing location with walking distance to the beach. The Entertainment staff made it for us. They were all fantastic but our favourite was Alejandro his water aerobics classes should be on the tele! The company should be so proud to have someone like him working for them. He was the best energy and the kindest soul. The whole team were BRILLIANT. Side note: The lady who made the pancakes was the best ⭐️ you won’t be disappointed going on holiday here. We had the best time ⭐️

The animation programs were too long and too loud in the evening, it was impossible to go to sleep before 11:30 pm! There was some noise every night and we couldn't sleep. The pool is warm so you can't refresh yourself in it and all the sunbeds were taken before breakfast despite no bookings but the staff do nothing about it. The food was not good and it was the same thing over and over again. We didn't leave until the evening and had to leave the room at 12pm, so we had to be out in the sun all day. We definitely won't be coming back and it was definitely not worth the big money.

Did not like the all inclusive, food mainly overcooked. Suggest doing less food and better quality and flavour. Drinks very poor. I could not drink the wine or gin, which are my favourites.
Hotel and pool very clean. Efficient and friendly staff.
5 mins walk to lively beach. Shops and cafes scattered. Tourist built town Sacoma so a bit pricy.
Hotel on bus route. Area great for children. Lots to do.
Just my preference, I wouldn't go back. But others in my party enjoyed it.

Sa coma is a beautiful place.
The hotel is big, we asked for low floors with balcony views, what we got was a disable adapted room with windows that don’t open covered by sheets facing the hotel across the road. When we approached the reception desk we were told tough cannot move as hotel is full, if a room comes available it will cost €250 euros per night. The reception staff & management just didn’t want to know not interested. Wife lactose intolerant no help there either blamed delivery, no signage for people with allergies, staff not helpful at all in fact frightened when approached , worst hotel ever stayed in Spain ,

The room was supposed to have a sea view but we mainly saw the shop and air conditioners. Mold on the curtains. There is mold and peeling paint in the shower. We waited 3 days for the soap. The ventilation in the bathroom did not work. However, the service was nice and smiling.
