Great stay!!! We informed them that we were on our honeymoon and requested a room on higher floor with good views and they accommodated.. not only that we received complimentary cava bottle from them as it was our honeymoon.. and the next day since it was my husband's birthday.. they kept another complimentary bottled and a small brownie in our room which was extremely sweet.. the views were great! Location was great! Staff was so kind.. great experience!! We visited in August 2024

We attended a wedding in Palma and stayed at this hotel. We had a junior suite with a great view of the harbor and city. It is clean and well kept, but will probably need some kind of update soon. The gym was mediocre, but the breakfast was great. You can walk into the city, but it is quite far. There are buses leaving from pretty close behind the hotel, which is of course a great option as well.

My wife and I visited the Hotel Palma Bellver in October 2024 for 3 nights. We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is nicely situated by the marina, walking distance to Santa Catalina and downtown Palma. The rooms were very clean, and offered a very nice balcony and view. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed several meals at the hotel for breakfast lunch and dinner. The food was delicious and service was well done. Overall great stay, will be back next time!

The check in procedure was really bad, our room was not cleaned and we had to first stand in a long queue to the reception and then wait in the lobby for maybe one hour until we could get the room.
On the other hand, the room we finally got was lovely and spacious. Really high up with an amazing view over the marina.
The breakfast was the best that we had during out stay in Mallorca, recommend!
The pool is nice but there are too few sunbeds for a hotel this size.
I have read earlier reviews about noise from the road work in front of the hotel but we heard (in the end of august) almost nothing from that and it works perfectly fine to walk along the sea from the hotel to the city center.

We have visited this hotel over many years. The location and forward facing rooms overlooking the marina are among the reasons. In addition the breakfasts are excellent and the staff very helpful and friendly. Felicia, Miguel and Gabrielle in the restaurant in particular.
Despite the impressive entrance and communal areas, the bedrooms really could do with updating, being a little tired and worn. In particular the sanitary ware in the bathroom.
What was really disappointing was the poor housekeeping. We found broken coat hangers and damage to the handle of a cup causing a breakage.Clean glasses not always provided nor was milk.At no time were the tea bags replaced. This issue was raised during our last visit but nothing seems to have changed. Really annoying that we were asked to pay for a mini bar items we never used.
Would we come again ?Absolutely, but
