Fantastic location with very kind and helpful staff, rook was spacious and view from the balcony was great. Came with a mini fridge that was empty so lots of took to store your own stuff, breakfast was hit and miss with some options Bering very good and others unpalatable, the churros especially were disappointing. The price is purely for the great location, rooms floors weren’t especially clean but the beds and bathroom was.

This hotel is so lovely!! From the stunning view from the balcony to the wonderful staff that’s so friendly!!!! The beach and the sea are so clean and well maintained. Breakfast was great, dinner was okay - but fresh! Still amazing value for money. For me it was important that the hotel was right at the beachfront, had good food, wasn’t far away from the airport, that there were good restaurants and bars within walking distance, that it’s clean and calm. We found it with Seramar!! We were absolutely happy with the decision and would come again!

This was my 2nd time at this hotel, and it's good. But my problem was the room. The floor hadn't been cleaned, sand, flakes of paper and dust was all over the floor. Other than that, the breakfast is alright and so is the dinner. It's a very "family" hotel, meaning it's calm. There is no DJ, pool closes at 6pm and there is no evening activities. But at the same time if you want to do stuff, it's up the street and you will find lots of places.

Stayed here last year. Terrible hotel in a dream location. Absolutely beautiful beach but a horrible hotel. Very dirty, infested with bedbugs. Awful food. Restaurant with dirty plates and sticky tables. Unprofessional staff. It has potential with a major overhaul. Such a pity…

Fantastic experience at this hotel, the staff are always friendly and helpful and the food is amazing, perfect location too. Manager Marta was always prepared to go the extra for you too. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough, will be back.
