We had an amazing 8-night stay at this hotel with my family and everything exceeded our expectations! The facility was top-notch, the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the restaurant offered a great variety of delicious food every day. A very special thank you to the entire staff — everyone was extremely kind, professional, and attentive. The customer service was truly exceptional, always going the extra mile to make us feel welcome and cared for. Also, a big shoutout to the team at the entrance — they were always there with a smile, helping with our luggage, calling taxis, and making sure everything ran smoothly from the moment we stepped out the door. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai!

We spent 4 days at the Hyatt Regency residence section from March 24-28, 2025. We booked online and didn’t know what to expect. Everything was amazing…neat and clean rooms, great views, wonderful food and all the amenities you could think of. Breakfast was amazing with lots of variety for all your tastes. The gift shop had unique items at reasonable prices. The location was close to all the popular tourist sites and walking around the vicinity was safe and easy. Taxis and private vehicles were easy to obtain. Also, tourist packages for safaris, and museums were available in the lobby. It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely recommend this location for anyone wanting to visit Dubai. Hope to come back again soon!!

Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights is a fantastic hotel with great service, clean rooms, and excellent amenities. The staff is professional, and the overall atmosphere is very comfortable. One of the highlights of this hotel is the Mexican restaurant on the first floor, which serves delicious food with a great ambiance. The hotel is also very clean and well-maintained, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. However, one major issue: On the first floor, there are many small kids playing very loudly, making the area extremely noisy. Unfortunately, this disrupts the coffee shop experience, as it becomes difficult to relax or enjoy a peaceful meal. The noise level is too high, and it would be much better if the hotel could manage this situation for guests who prefer a quiet environment. Overall: Highly recommended, but if you’re looking for a quiet place to relax on the first floor, be prepared for some noise!

What a great hotel. Lovely quiet room of generous size and an amazing gym. Even had 3 spin bikes which are hard to find in hotel gyms. Really comfy bed and lots of cupboard and drawer space. Really like this hotel and thought much better than several other 5 star hotels in this part of town. Also a short walk to the lovely Creek Park. We will definitely be back. Ideal as close to the airport too.

Very pleasant stay, for me and my husband ! It was our second time staying in this hotel! Our flight landed at 7 in the morning and when we reached the hotel at about 9.30 and requested early check in, they promptly provided the room and breakfast in the lounge, which was included in our room. Staff and service was superb! Room was absolutely clean, roomy and bed was very comfortable! Lounge access was totally worth it, with large variety of continental and Mediterranean cuisine, fresh juices, freshly made pastas etc. Evening supper included many veg and non veg food options plus wide range of beers, wines and hard drinks as well! One time we used the free hotel shuttle to visit Dubai Mall too! Would stay here again in a heart beat.
