Brilliant facilities, enough activities and friendly entertainment staff that made our holiday fun and full. Food was plentiful with options for even our fussy eaters in our family. The water park was great, just so so much to do. Kids club was amazing keeping the little ones entertained for hours. Over all an amazing week here

I thought it was a great family hotel. My room was big enough and clean (Mallorca Block) . Kids loved all the swimming pools and slides. Some areas are a little dated, but generally was good standard. I thought selection of food was good most days, never an issue with finding something to eat. Snack bar was handy for the kids. Constant fresh pizza was really nice. All staff were very friendly and worked busily keeping the place tidy. Would definitely go back.

This is an excellent family hotel. An emphasis should be on the words 'family hotel' though as the whole complex is very tailored towards families with children, which was perfect for us so we had a great time, however, if you are looking for a couples or quiet hotel, this is not for you. The rooms are great, the air con was cold, modern TVs and fridge ect with plenty of storage. They were also very clean with maid service daily. The pools are ideal, 3 pools in total with 2 splash parks, one large one (pirate) one smaller (jungle), to have these included in the price is fantastic value. All areas are lifeguard supervised. Worth noting that while 'reserving sunbeds' is not allowed, its not enforced so everyone does it to avoid disappointment. The food is good (all inclusive), we never had a problem finding something to eat - the dining area can get very busy though, go earlier to get a seat straight away. Snack bar is ideal so you can get chips, burgers, nuggets, coffee ect throughout the day with ease. The drinks are great, beer on tap is San Miguel, loads of cocktails on offer and juices for the kids. Entertainment is nightly, could be a bit more for small kids (restricted to mini disco at 8:30) but there is a kids club and the entertainers are genuinely great throughout the whole day. I am normally not a person to return to the same hotel but would make an exception for a family holiday here again.

It's a family hotel and this is where we were most let down, the activities during the day are poor and the evening activities were terrible, sound system did not work for all the nights we were there constantly cuting out and needing to be fixed. Evening activities are not really for under children under 6/7 quite late starting and very loud. Food was average, would expect better fresh fruit given location!! No oranges, given Spain is famous for them, this was disappointing! It's was nice to have themed food each night and the variety was good. Rooms are clean and good condition, cleaners are polite. There was a play group (1.5 hrs twice a day) and playground (uncovered) which was good. Good access to a nearby beach and high street. Avoid the snack bar and keep to the main restaurant meals!

We stayed in the Ibiza block on the 6th floor and had a lovely, spacious room with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only minor inconvenience was that the door card took several tries to work each time, but that didn’t take away from our overall experience. The room cleaning staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to help and keeping everything spotless. The food at the restaurant was a pleasant surprise, while the dining area could get a bit chaotic, the food itself was consistently delicious. We usually don’t expect much from all-inclusive dining, but the rotating themed nights kept things interesting and enjoyable. The pool and slides were a highlight, clean, well-maintained, and large enough that we never felt crowded. We always managed to find available loungers with no hassle, which made relaxing by the pool even better. The location is convenient, just a 10-minute walk from the town, and the free shuttle buses to the beach were a great bonus. The kids’ disco and daytime entertainment were fantastic, with the animation team bringing energy and fun every single day. All the staff throughout the hotel were outstanding, hardworking, friendly, and always with a smile. Their efforts truly made the holiday special. We had a really lovely time and would definitely recommend this hotel to others, especially families. It’s more geared toward a family-friendly atmosphere than a couples’ getaway, but perfect for what we wanted. We’ll definitely be returning!
