We stayed for one week during high season and it was the perfect family holiday! The hotel is superb in every way. Even with the hotel being fully booked, it didn't feel crowded. There are so many choices for pools, restaurants and activities. Even as a family of seven we never waited in line for long or had difficulties finding a place at the pool or a table at a restaurant. The whole complex was clean and well kept. The whole staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, we felt very well taken care of! I cannot stress enough how much this contributed to our experience! 🫶🏻 Thanks to everyone who made this a perfect week!

Staff extremely friendly and super helpful, food amazing, hotel great and very nice beach. Great for a family with young kids. Only small negative if you like to do things beyond the hotel its kind of not beside any town etc. We knew this beforehand so had a car anyway, but only (very small negative).

Visited in July 2025 during peak season. The hotel was clearly overwhelmed — long lines at the restaurant during lunch, and almost no free sunbeds by the pool as guests reserved them early with towels. The pool had too many chemicals, which caused skin irritation. Towel service was frustrating, and we even noticed dirty dishes mixed with clean ones at the buffet. Kids Room was poorly equipped — just paper and crayons. Food was repetitive, with very limited seafood. That said, the bar was a pleasant surprise — drinks were mixed well and served quickly, with almost no queues. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. The kids’ animators were good, though activities mostly suited children aged 4 and up. The beach is public but really nice — clean, with soft sand, a gentle slope into the sea, and only a few seaweeds. Great for small kids. Overall, the location is lovely, even if the hotel needs serious improvements for high season.

Lovely evening with great food and live music. Our waiter Rafael was so helpful and provided a great service. The food came out quick and was so delicious. Overall we had a lovely time at the grill and would a hundred percent come back!

We’ve been to Iberostar Albufera Park for the second time now and once again enjoyed our stay a lot. It’s a fantastic hotel that we can only recommend. The swimming pools are great, the animation team does an amazing job, and the restaurants with their exceptional food are outstanding. The service from all employees is excellent – especially at the reception, where Aiman gave us outstanding support and made us feel truly welcome. We’re already looking forward to coming back!
