A wonderful time during our European vacation. Compared to other Iberostars and resorts around the world; the staff, facilities, food, and entertainment was top tier. We chose a seaside room and were placed at the Prestige side. Beautiful views. Excellent location; close to the Prestige club, beach, pools, and entertainment stage. We were able to enjoy all of the night shows from the convenience and comfort of our balcony.
For nearly our entire stay, the service and food was excellent. Accommodations were made to fit us in at dinners so we could enjoy the vast variety that the individual restaurants offered.
From the time of check-in to check-out. Customer service, waitress, bar staff, etc were punctual and respectful. We look forward to visiting again when the occasion arises.
NOTE: The resorts Albufera Playa and Park are parallel with one another. The PARK side is family and kid friendly. We were able to have a relaxing stay on the Albufera Playa side; especially with the roof top Prestige Club. However the entertainment is a shared space, but it does not take away from a fun and relaxing stay for couples. This resort offers the best of both worlds
Hyperactive Sloth
All inclusive doesn't mean all inclusive. Half of the facilities and services are paid on top of the AI price. The minibar is empty and you're being charged moon prices like in any other hotel. Makes you wonder what mental gymnastics management has done to redefine the simplest of words: all. Never going back to this chain. Hotel is nice, the staff seem nice so far, and the location is good too. But I feel like I got ripped off in a dark alley.
Edit: While the Hotel advertises 6 different restaurants, 2 of them are the same mediocre buffet. The others are country themed, however, they were all booked out for the entire week the day we arrived. Why do I need to book a restaurant in an AI Hotel? Why can I not access what was advertised to me and I paid for? This is a scam and they know it, just look at the staff's face when you ask them about this (not their fault, some MBA must fantasizing). Never Iberostar again, just stick with RIU AI, you get what you pay for.

Very nice hotel at an amazing location. I especially liked that the hotel is very child-friendly with lots of activities and pools for children. It provides relaxing as well as fun experience. What I also found particularly nice is that there is no bottled water but water fountains everywhere, which immensely decreases the plastic waste. The food was very good at times but mediocre at other times. For example, I’ve never eaten such tasteless scrambled eggs before. But deserts and cakes were exceptionally good. Drinks were also various and delicious. Sea is incredibly beautiful and very easy to reach from the hotel. We’d definitely consider going back to the same hotel in the future. Thank you for the pleasant experience.

I’m here as we speak. I don’t mind a few kids. But this place is essentially a day care service. Multiple kids running around everywhere screaming. You can literally hear them yelling throughout the night and again in the morning. The hotel itself is beautiful, the food is good and there are great views. But there’s literally nowhere to go without kids. They can even go to the bar areas, nowhere is off limits.

I do not recommend staying here! The food is terrible, and the Greek restaurant was especially disappointing — tasteless dishes of poor quality. There are no beach towels available, and you have to go to the reception and wait in line for 40 minutes to get them! This is simply unacceptable. There are far too many children, making it impossible to relax peacefully — noise and shouting everywhere. It’s also impossible to make reservations at the restaurants, which is very frustrating. The price for accommodation is definitely not worth the quality of services provided. I strongly advise against this hotel.
