My partner and I spent a week at the Iberostar Es Trenc and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The hotel itself is quite new so everything was very clean, well presented and worked well. Our room was amazing - we booked the junior suite and it was beautiful with an amazing view!! The services offered were amazing- I cannot express how kind and talented Dalia at the spa was - I went for a facial and a massage and both experiences were 5 star. A special mention also goes to Fran who was the most attentive, fun and kind barman at the pool. He is so welcoming and works so hard. The cleaning of the rooms could be better with more attention being paid as this is a five star hotel. On check in we found a dirty sock in the wardrobe and a few times they didn’t change or clean the cups. The hotels restaurant Salvient was highly sought after and most nights they informed us it was fully booked however on the night we went it was not full and the food was okay - there are a lot of restaurants close to the hotel that are really great too. Overall it was a great hotel, lovely relaxing location with a gorgeous boardwalk around the beach and some 5 star service from the staff.

Absolutely incredible hotel…. 4 stars as service is hit and miss. The newer service staff are brilliant but the staff that have been around a while leave you waiting up to half an hour for a drink and then forget. Service around the pool has teething issues but the lobby bar isn’t far and never has a queue. The drinks selection is amazing. Everything is bottled and branded. All inclusive is definitely worth the extra cost. All snacks are made to order and high quality, big portions. *see nachos and fruit platter below*. The mini bar in your room for all inclusive is restocked daily. This is extremely rare and a nice added touch. Upgrade upgrade upgrade…you won’t regret it. I haven’t spent a penny and nothing is too much to ask. The chefs are absolutely amazing and the food is lovely. On one occasion they didn’t have rice so I opted for something else….5 minutes later the chef appeared with a bowl that she’d made fresh just for me. Special mention to Jeanette who set my favourite table daily and brought over my usual drinks by default. She’s the best!

I recently stayed at the Iberostar Selection Es Trenc, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. The hotel is stunning – modern, clean, and perfectly integrated into the natural surroundings of one of Mallorca’s most beautiful beaches. The facilities are top-notch, especially the pools and spa area, which offered a truly relaxing experience. The food was varied and delicious, with fresh options at every meal. What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was the service – particularly Fran, one of the waiters. Fran was not only professional and attentive but also brought an incredible energy and warmth to every interaction. He remembered our preferences, always had a kind word or a joke, and made us feel genuinely welcome every day. His great attitude and passion for his work were contagious – he’s a real asset to the hotel. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with high-quality service and breathtaking surroundings, Iberostar Selection Es Trenc is the place to go. And if you meet Fran, you're in for a real treat!

Let me start off my saying this is absolutely NOT a five star hotel. The hotel is very clean and new. First let’s review the “food.” The breakfast buffet was good. The Star Prestige a la Carte breakfast menu was essentially the same exact things you can get at the buffet except with the addition of an omelette with tuna fish and eggs Benedict. There was zero reason to book star prestige. Room service menu was barely a menu. I am genuinely confused by the food in general at this place. The food by the pool was repulsive. We paid $14.50 for 5 chicken wings. FIVE. Served with chips and ketchup? $17.50 for a “club sandwich” which was 1 piece of ham, an over hard fried egg, and a tablespoon of some sort of weird chicken salad with lettuce and tomato, again with lays potato chips. The next day the menu was different, I don’t know if they were working out kinks or what but it was just bad, so bad. There was a bit of a language barrier for service but they were very friendly. Unfortunately you have to wear wrist bands instead of a room key which was not comfortable to sleep in and just didn’t feel very five star luxury resort. The rooftop “star prestige area” is cute but there are no lounge chairs or umbrellas up there so not usable during the day? Also they didn’t care if you had “star prestige” bands or not up there so don’t bother paying more for it. In fact when we checked in we asked if we MUST wear the wrist bands and they said we did, but there were people by the pool without them at all coming in from the sea. So curious if they just allow anyone on to the property and don’t enforce the wrist bands. You couldn’t select up or down on the elevator so you had to just go to other floors when one came by (sometimes riding up before going down) Very odd. Do not expect “5 star” food or treatment at this hotel Iberostar es Trenc.

Fantastic Stay at Iberostar Selection Es Trenc! We had an amazing experience at this hotel! Everything was top-notch — from the incredibly friendly staff to the delicious food served at every meal. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and you could tell that hygiene is taken seriously here. The pools were a real highlight, especially the rooftop pool with its stunning views of the sea — absolutely breathtaking! The entertainment team also did a fantastic job, with fun and engaging activities throughout the day and evening. This hotel exceeded all our expectations.
