Our stay at Iberostar was truly exceptional, thanks to the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully managed, and no request felt too big or small. Pedro, along with all the front desk staff and housekeeping team anticipated our needs and ensured that every moment of our stay was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for better service or kinder, more attentive staff. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a truly personalized, luxurious experience

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly, making our stay very pleasant. Our room was cleaned daily and sometimes even twice a day, with fresh towels provided each time. One of the highlights of this hotel was the availability of a water dispenser on each floor, offering both still and sparkling water at different temperatures, as well as an ice machine. Unfortunately, we encountered an issue on our first night when the shower door malfunctioned, causing water to leak onto the floor. This was an inconvenience, but the hotel staff promptly addressed the problem and upgraded us to a larger room on the same floor. The hotel also offers a wide variety of meals, with an impressive selection at both breakfast and dinner. Additionally, the swimming pool and facilities were impeccably clean. There is also a spa on-site, which adds an extra layer of relaxation to your stay. Furthermore, guests receive a 15% discount at the beach club restaurant located beneath the hotel, which was a nice bonus. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely return. I would also like to extend a special thanks to Pablo and Sylvia for their excellent service.

Fab hotel, lovely rooms (we did pay for upgrade though!) friendly, helpful staff, always smiling. Hotel in a great location, quiet, clean area with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Food at the hotel was delicious and varied, something for everyone! Would definitely recommend you stay here and we shall return.

I was at the hotel a few weeks ago and despite my short stay I can absolutely recommend the place. It is a perfect combination of a wonderful place, the best services and the most remarkable thing is the quality of the people who are part of the team. Enjoying the pool was the best part without a doubt and even more so with the kind and attentive lifeguard I have met, Agustina, my family adores you! Thank you very much for everything.

Amazing location. Beautiful view from rooftop bar. And try out their infinity pool. I'm gluten intolerant and the Chefs have cooked yummy fresh crepes for breakfast and pasta/ pizza for dinner, and personalise to your liking. Kudos to the kitchen. Javier assistant manager super friendly and around to assist.
