I stayed here for just 4 days on a solo holiday. Had the best time! I was on the all inclusive package which was such great value. I took the late checkout option and loved that I could keep my room as late as I needed for my airport transfer.
I stayed in a room on the second floor, it was really clean and bright and tasteful. I did have a small incident on the first night where I’d stepped barefoot in some glass that cleaning must have missed from the past guests - however reception was very quick and helpful with the first aid and got me sorted immediately. And despite the issue with the glass, the cleaning staff are very attentive as one of the cleaners made me a double thick duvet when they noticed I’d taken the duvet off the other bed for more warmth. Small touches like this were lovely!
I had the garden view and on the second floor which was perfect. I think it was the cheapest room but it was still a stunning little view of the sea.
The pool area had such a gorgeous view to the sea, you could get down to the beach from the hotel. Activities here were great, I did yoga on my first day and used the spa on the second day. Gym was also well equipped! There is also some great hiking trails right outside the hotel which I recommend.
The food and drink at the hotel were good! Loads of options on the all inclusive for drinks and so many options at dinner. My only feedback would be that there needs to be more vegetarian protein at all meals, it was pretty sparse and we’d have chickpeas or soya protein only once or twice and never at lunch.
Lunch was 1-3 but they started clearing all the tables for dinner from 2pm. Service is great usually but at lunch I felt rushed and pressured to hurry up.
The bar staff are all so lovely! Drinks were made fast and the staff got to know your order too. The bar itself is a bit outdated and doesn’t look or feel as nice, so I’d usually bring my drinks out to the pool or the outdoor seating.
All in all, a really good holiday!

Everything was perfect! Our room was beautiful and clean! Everybody is really kind and helpful. The food was really delicious and serviced nice. I had an anti stress massage in the SPA, and it was amazing and so relaxing. I reccomend this place for those who want to take a break from the busy days. :)

I stayed at this hotel with my girlfriend for a week, and I'm giving it 5 stars for its value for money. However, there are a few suggestions for improvement. While the food variety was relatively good, some dishes, like the sushi we tried, were not tasty at all. On the other hand, the cocktails and drinks were excellent, especially in terms of presentation.
A special thanks to Ibra at the bar—he made amazing cocktails and was always friendly and positive with us.

We had such a lovely time staying at Iberostar. From check in to check out. The staff were helpful and patient and always willing to exceed your needs. We frequently encountered Ibra, who was such a lovely worker!! He was able to answer our queries with no issue at all. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!!

Great service, really friendly staff! Shout out to Azzedine and hid colleague at the pool bar for their great service.
Location is perfect, the hotel is next to nature reserves for hikes/walks. Also right by the beach, our room actually had direct walk down access!
Unfortunately the room itself was a big let down. Based on the hallway and some construct noise I think/hope that the whole basement floor is being renovated, it deffo needs a freshen up to make it feel inviting. The room itself needs a revamp, fresh paint and nicer decor.
