Rooms are spacious and well laid out and we had great views of the pool. Service was excellent with staff very helpful, attentive and friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. All staff were great especially the animation team, reception and restaurant/ bar staff and a special thank you to Lobo at the salon bar! Location was great with access straight onto a beautiful beach and a lovely walk to the harbour. Will definitely consider returning.

This hotel has truly become our second home – we’ve been here 5 times already, and each stay gets better and better! It’s the perfect place for a family vacation, with something for everyone to enjoy. The restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious food, always fresh and beautifully presented. A special thank you to Carolina, who always takes such wonderful care of the guests. Her kindness and attention to detail make such a difference. The entertainment team is absolutely fantastic! Mario, Andrei, Jasmine, and the rest of the crew put on great shows and keep the kids engaged and laughing all day long. They bring so much energy and fun to every activity – you can tell they really love what they do.

I had an incredible stay at this all-inclusive hotel – everything from the food to the facilities exceeded my expectations. The resort was beautifully maintained, with clean, spacious rooms and a variety of dining options that kept things exciting every day. What truly made the experience stand out, though, was the entertainment team – and especially Andrei. He brought such energy and enthusiasm to every activity. Whether it was poolside games, evening shows, or just his friendly conversations throughout the day, Andrei went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and included. His charisma and professionalism really made a lasting impression and created such a fun, vibrant atmosphere. If you're looking for a relaxing vacation with top-notch service and unforgettable memories, I highly recommend this place.

We have just spent a wonderful week at Ciudad Bianca! The service here is fantastic. The staff are so friendly and professional and will do anything for you. We are a family with allergies and The chefs were brilliant at talking us through the buffet and making special food - especially the vegan chocolate cake. The entertainment team work so hard and have boundless energy and enthusiasm. Plenty to entertain everyone; from pool parties, water carpets, and outdoor cinema - to cocktail making, live bands and lots of sports. Our room was very clean and staff are constantly cleaning the hotel or gardening the grounds. A fantastic perk having direct access to the beach. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed here in July 2025 and it was amazing. My 3 year old daughter has severe allergies to Milk & Egg. A special thank you to Tanya who made sure we were looked after. 2 of the chefs, Paoul & Susanna were incredible and made fresh safe food for my Daughter when we asked. Sandra, the most helpful waitress soon recognised us every day and would immediately the chef for us and help translate to other staff if needed, thank you. The entertainment staff were all so lovely and really made the kids day. Great place, and location, would stay again.
