This was an incredible vacation for our family. We went with our 5, 3 and 7 month old and could not be happier with everything. The food was outstanding. super high quality. The rooms and space was amazing. Their biggest asset however is their wonderful staff. From the coffee bar, to the restaurant (they could not provide a more attentive and caring service). Animation and star camp staff are also special to this. They love what they do and your kids will feel it. My kids had so much fun with the staff. They are all wonderful. Super recommended for families.

I absolutely love this gem of a hotel and have been 3 times now. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are happy and friendly and a real credit to the hotel. The food is delicious and so varied, you honestly won't struggle to find something you like. The quality of the meat, and all the food actually, is exceptional and the salad bar is amazing (and the yogurt sauce)😋. All cooked and presented to perfection. The Spa is lovely too, I had a couple of treatments with Carina who was knowledgeable and really tailored the treatment to my needs. It's is a lovely location, the only thing would make it better would be a sea view but the view over the pool is lovely. 100% recommend, you won't be disappointed. Thank you Hotel Cristina for another lovely few days away.

I recently stayed at the Iberostar Hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out. The food was exceptional—each meal was a delightful experience with a wide variety of options that were both fresh and flavorful. I particularly appreciated the dedication to quality in every dish. The only area for improvement would be the gym, which could benefit from having more equipment to cater to fitness enthusiasts. Overall, I highly recommend the Iberostar Hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay. Thank you to the amazing team for making my trip so enjoyable!

Overall, the experience of staying here was nice. It was clean, the location is ideal, and the staff are very helpful. Though I did find a few negatives about the hotel: - Walls are paper-thin, so any conversation or the TV in another room is audible. - We found marks on the curtains and bedding. I know this sometimes can't be avoided, but the attention to detail was lacking. - While we found housekeeping to be good overall, requiring it only once during our week-long stay, our bin wasn't emptied, even though it needed changing. We went to reception, asked for a bin bag, and changed it ourselves. Also, the floor wasn't vacuumed. Again, the attention to detail fell short of what the hotel presented in its well-kept public areas.

Desolate
Great experience in this hotel. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet was delicious. It offered a range of different kinds of meat, dishes, desserts, and fruits. Every day there are different menus or different themed foods. One day they made sushi and Japanese styled cuisine. And of course, there are traditional Spanish styled cuisines. Hotel service and room service is great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was cleaned and tidied very fast. The location was also very good, it was very close to the beach. The hotel also has a pool that you can go swimming in. The hotel also has an area for sports. There is a tennis court and paddle tennis courts. Overall great hotel, wonderful place to stay at when visiting Palma.
