Absolutely marvelous. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, always stepping up to help, and even when we were too British to understand Spanish, they made sure to get the message across. Top quality service. The room was beautiful and spacious, cleaning staff always on hand and doing a great job. The balcony was lovely to sit on of an evening, very private with a near soundproof door. Food was fantastic, a huge spread that changed everyday with specials and desserts. The chefs deserve all the praise they can get for keeping up with the rush, constantly correcting and refilling bowls. Or standing for hours at a time cooking at a grill nonstop! All in all it really made the holiday, and smashed out expectations. Couldn't praise them enough, don't listen to the negative reviews they're either entitled, beligerant, or just daft. Oh and Mallorca was nice, long sandy beach with nice views of the bay and all the windsurfers and boats. Watching the planes come and go was fun too. Thanks to all the staff at Cristina.

Halfway through our family vacation and all we can say is WOW. Booked the full board package for a family of 3 and nothing but stellar. With 3 meals plus snacks provided throughout the day, we had no need to go and search for food. There was a little bit of everything for everyone's palate. From European, Italian, American food and let's not forget this place caters to kids even for meals. By far, the breakfast is TOP NOTCH. Only 1 block away from the beach and a short €15 (3 people) bus ride (A2), and the stop is right out in front of the hotel. The outdoor pool is massive, although the indoor pool could stay open a bit later for the little ones. We did have a leak in the shower, which caused water to leak across the floor but have no fear it was fixed within minutes. A MUST STAY AND BANG FOR THE BUCK!!!!! JuanLo, wow what a wonderful part of the staff. Very energetic and always with a smile. Happy to serve us which is always great for guests. Top Tier Service!!!

Our family had an incredible stay at this hotel! The children’s activities were fantastic, keeping them engaged and entertained in a safe environment. The entertainment team was outstanding, going above and beyond to make sure the kids had a great time. Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist. The entire hotel, including our room, was spotless and well-maintained. And the food absolutely exceptional! Every meal was a delight. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely return!

MY friend and I recently stayed at this hotel to celebrate our 40th birthdays. The hotel is so clean and well looked after. The staff are all so friendly and made us feel welcome straightaway. We stayed for 2 nights all inclusive. We were really impressed with the wide selection of food and it was absolutely delicious. The outdoor pool is closed as it is not yet warm enough but there is a fab indoor heated pool and spa. The night entertainment were great and created a really nice atmosphere. There was karaoke the first night which my friend loved! The 2nd night it was a casino night but my friend really wanted to sing so the team set up the karaoke for her which was very sweet of them. The hotel simply couldn't do enought for us. If you venture out it is worth visiting the cathedral in Palma, it's is beautiful and great for a bit of shopping, coffee and ice cream. The hotel is so close to Palma airport which is not of the reasons we chose it, it cost around 15 euros. We didn't have any children with us but this is a great hotel for younger children. In the lobby there is a teepee area for little ones and a playground outside. Hope this has helped 😊

We had a wonderful stay at Iberostar Cristina Waves! The food was consistently good, and the staff truly made our experience memorable. A special shoutout to Jhosep and Nory, who always had a smile on their faces and made us feel incredibly welcome every day. Their warmth and friendliness really stood out. Our room overlooked the bar area and pool, which gave us a great view and added to the relaxing atmosphere. Overall, a fantastic stay—we’d definitely return!
