Excellent hotel.
We spent 5 days half board and the food was excellent and varied, with a different theme each evening ranging from Moroccan to Mexican. The food was exceptional.
Rooms are very spacious and clean as is the rest of the hotels facilities.
Location is excellent too, only a 15 minute bus ride from the airport on the A2, and a 5 minute walk from the beach.
Would absolutely recommend this hotel and will return in the future.
Only downside if I had to be picky is that beers are 4.80eur for less than a pint which is quite expensive.

Very big hotel right on the strip and within walking distance of the beach, clubs and bars.
Staff very friendly and hotel absolutely immaculate. Housekeeping spends a lot of time cleaning the rooms, mopping the floors and wiping all surfaces around the hotel daily. Everything smells and looks very clean.
Plenty of tasty options for the breakfast and lunch buffet.
The size of the hotel makes it feel massive and areas like the restaurant get pretty crowded during breakfast and lunch, even off-season.
Pool, both indoors and outdoors are nice with plenty of space.

Great hotel, nice and quiet at night and in a good location near bars restaurants and shops. Some parts of the rooms needed some attention, as did the corridors. The restaurant is set out very well, and the breakfast is good with a nice selection. The pool area is clean and spacious with plenty of sun beds to lay on. The wrist band tags they give you on check-in are excellent, no more fumbling around looking for a key card for your room or to get a drink at the bar! Definitely recommend this hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed it here.

This hotel is suitable for families more than relaxing vacation. The pool is filled with inflatables, people reserve seats from 6am despite hotel restrictions nothing is done against it.
Staff is very nice and helpful.
Food is very diverse and I was surprised: I usually don’t like buffets but they serve very healthy vegetarian and vegan options, despite their clientele is more the pasta-pizza-fries type, sadly. I saw a lot of food waste and the hotel should charge for this.
Also I was surprised for having to pay extra for drinks like cocktails or cava outside a meal since I opted for the all inclusive. The snacks at the pool were not really good.
The rooms are spacious, but the bathroom joints were black and water was leaking from it. So far it’s what you can expect from a four star hotel, but it’s missing a little extra.

My wife and I stayed with our four year old child for ten days and had a wonderful holiday. Nothing was too much for the staff to accommodate and the cleanliness was five star. The variety and standard of food was on a level you would expect from a five star.
Our four year old was constantly entertained by the variety and activities provided by the whole star camp team. Also the level of kids entertainment surpassed our expectation.
A big shout out to the whole team and especially Victor who Theo took a shine too.
5 star holiday. Would definitely go back again.
Until next year!!
