Entertainment is a lot of fun, the shows at the theatre were fun and interesting for the whole family. The food is good and there is food all over the resort during the day and not just at the buffet. The kids club is amazing. My 12 yr old loved it so much that he did not want to be picked up. The service is excellent, everyone is very friendly here. Excellent stay!

I recently stayed at the Iberostar Paraiso Del Mar/ Beach and had a wonderful experience. The hotel boasts a stunning natural setting, with beautifully landscaped gardens that create a serene atmosphere. The food was good, with a variety of dining options that catered to all tastes. The beach was another highlight, featuring soft sand and crystal-clear water—perfect for relaxing or enjoying water activities. The entertainment team was fantastic, and I want to give a special shoutout to Hector, the animator. His energy and humor made every activity enjoyable, adding an extra layer of fun to our stay. Overall, I highly recommend Iberostar Paraiso Del Mar for anyone looking for a beautiful and entertaining getaway.

Our stay at the Iberostar Waves Paraiso Beach in Mexico, an exceptional experience. The staff was attentive and caring, making us feel welcome from the very first moment. The entire resort excels in cleanliness; both the communal areas and our room were impeccably maintained. The finishings of the spaces and rooms were elegant and meticulously crafted, adding to a sense of luxury. We appreciated the variety of dining options, including specialty restaurants offering culinary delights. Additionally, the entertainment options were diverse and of high quality, catering to all ages. This is a place we would certainly love to return to.

Calling this a 5star resort is hilarious. The food is absolutely horrible. Poor selection, poor quality, and zero hygiene standards. Our entire group of 10 people got sick, many needed prescription meds over a month after returning home, tested positive for a couple parasites and ecoli. The booze is also poor selection and quality compared to actual 5 star resorts. The staff is so-so, got offered Molly by the bell hop, so that’s a pro or con depending on yourself. The beach and pool are decent, but not enough to erase how everyone was excited to go home…. Not the feeling we expect or want at the end of trip. Safe your time and money and go somewhere else.

For my first time in Mexico, this was an amazing resort. People were friendly, food was great and entertainment was so much fun. (Thanks Axel!) The pool is top notch. Highly recommend.
