Love this property! We spent time there in preparation for a destination wedding that I scheduled there for my clients, in June, and very thankful we did. The rooms are decorated well, cozy, clean and quiet. The property itself is immaculate. We didn't meet an unfriendly person. Especially like the pool & activity options, as well as the shuttles to move you through the property as the size is large but still feels quaint. They make a great margarita too! I can't imagine not having a great time at this property.

The hotel itself was really beautiful with lots of greenery and animals such as flamingos swans macaws and peacocks. There are lots of options for food even later in the night such as a burger place Cafe late night meals in one of the buffet places. The only issue we kind of had was for the restaurants they were all fully booked when we got there so we didn't get to enjoy any of those. Are hotel room was far from the main lobby so having the train there was very helpful in taking us to and from. The beach was pretty close to our hotel room which was really pretty had lots of seating availability and the ocean was beautiful. I did have an issue in regards to the seating on the beaches and this is not the hotel's fault but people in general will go out really early and put all their stuff and save their seats and then leave and come back later which caused issues for us to find a place to stay where we wanted to go to the beach. We were picked up and dropped off by transport from the airport to the hotel and that process was seamless. The food overall was good. The nightly entertainment was good.

My fiance and I stayed here for my birthday. We loved our room, which was on the beach facing ocean! The hotel is beautiful and there’s an app you can download, so we could always find things to do. The hotel is very family friendly. The service was amazing, especially Ingrid! We met Ingrid upon our arrival at the concierge. She is wonderful! Ingrid helped us with restaurant reservations, coordinated rides to/from our room, and even helped us with excursions. On our way home, we ran into a snafu with our transportation, Ingrid even helped us with that too! She constantly went above and beyond and always greeted us with a smile! We consider Ingrid a friend and can’t wait to see her when we book our next trip to Iberostar again. I highly recommend this hotel. If you good, ask for Ingrid! You won’t regret it!!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this resort! The resort itself was excellent and the amount of natural plant and animal life on site was amazing. The staff were all pleasant and very accommodating. Two people I would like to specifically mention are Luis Martinez from the Beach lobby and Jasmine from the membership office. Luis was very approachable and accommodating with us and it was nice to be able to have a number of honest and professional conversations with him. He is very charismatic and excellent at his job. Jasmine from the membership office was assigned to give us a sales pitch for a membership signup and what I appreciated most was her honesty and asking of us to be up front with whatever decision we made and never made us feel pressured into anything. We enjoyed our stay at this resort and will definitely be returning to this or another one of the properties within the group.

One of the few beaches on the Riviera Maya that isn't overrun my seaweed. Ron's are her comfortable but could do with a little updating. Love that they seem to be very environmentally conscious. Pool is clean and big, well maintained. Food is good but wish there were more vegetarian options at the buffets.
