Amazing experience! Will most definitely be returning to this resort. So much to explore, from the shopping/entertainment and massive pool area. There's far more than enough to keep you busy for your stay. Rooms were amazing. Bathrooms could definitely use an update. Beds were a little firm for my liking but I'm sure others would appreciate that. All the staff on the resort were great, and a special thanks to the entertainment staff who did a great job everyday.

Haven't had a bad experience yet!! Topnotch service and incredible attention to detail. The resorts are so clean! Knowing that they go above and beyond makes planning our trips easier with such peace of mind. Being a member truly has its perks. 😎 They show the value and appreciation of returning guests. They have a members only pool area that is the "quiet zone" for relaxing, another pool that's more of a party pool where they do the games and music, etc. Then, of course, there are tons of areas for the kiddos - babies to teens. We never stay anywhere else. We have thought about it, but it's always a no-go because we don't know what to expect somewhere else, and it's always so wonderful here. The food is also spot on with so many dining options and buffets. The amount of food here blew my mind. My husband does not like the look and feel of the hugh-rise resorts for the beach, and Iberostar is more of a condo/townhouse.

We have had a lovely experience at the Iberostar resort. There are amazing activities that keep you busy everyday. One notably excellent activity was riffle shooting. We started with this each day. It’s a fun way to get your target practice. We had Gabriel run this activity for us and he was very encouraging and kind. Overall lots and lots of fun.

5 Shots per person. Would be nice with two rounds of shooting time. Simple target range, say 15 yards. Fun friendly experience. I would do it again. The host was friendly and made sure everyone was safe. He speaks multiple languages.

The resort is very nice. I love the tropical feeling. The entertainment team on Tuesday night was very impressive. As a professional musician, I really appreciated the beautiful voices of the female and male singers as well as the person playing the music. Beautiful voices! I highly recommend spending a night by the drink, with great company and even better musicians!
