I picked an Iberostar brand hotel to ensure that we had a hassle-free and enjoyable holiday. I’m glad we did! The service from the reception, housekeeping, restaurant and bar staff was superb. Every single staff member would always go above and beyond to make sure we were taken cared of. We really do appreciate all the attention and smiles. David H. particularly took great care of us. I was also impressed by the delicious food options at dinner. Thank you very much!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The kitchen is great, offering a variety of delicious dishes that catered to all tastes. The rooms are new and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. Additionally, the hotel is located near a beautiful beach, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Fabulous hotel. The beautiful beach is literally right at the back of the hotel. My kids loved the mini disco. The food is amazing & I have to say the staff everywhere are incredible. I also love that it is a zero plastic hotel. The only things to improve are signs up saying no smoking/ vaping round the pools & staff enforcing as it was not a nice smell from a tiny minority of English idiots. Signs asking guests to be quiet when going back to rooms at night would be good too. Overall, incredible hotel & we'll be back. Thank you

Love this hotel. Right on the beach, great selection of freshly prepared food for dinner and breakfast. Rooms are always clean; showers are delightful. Super location if you're a cyclist looking to get the best out of the Majorcan climbs Have to respond to a couple of points made by others....yes there's a towel deposit (by definition, you get that back so it's REALLY not a big deal) and you can refresh your towel whenever you want. There's also a safe deposit (again, that you get back, its really not a problem; many hotels charge you for using this). And yes, water at dinner is charged (but not at breakfast) and this is COMMON across many hotels on the island. At least here there are free, chilled, filtered water dispensers on every floor......unusual in my experience where you're expected to go to the local Spar to buy huge bottles of water.

We had a very pleasant vacation in this hotel. This hotel is perfect if you are travelling with a small child. The hotel provides free cots and a lot of activities for children. Service is very nice, especially the waitresses in the restaurant, all of them were very kind. My sons (18 month old) favourite waitress was Carmen, thanks to her kindness and smile we had very funny dinners, my baby couldn’t stop laughing with her. “Happy wife, happy life”. We will return home with very nice memories from Mallorca.
