I recently had the pleasure of staying at IC Hotels Green Palace, and overall, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning surroundings, immaculate gardens, and the welcoming atmosphere of the resort. Accommodation: The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of maintaining the room throughout our stay, ensuring we always returned to a fresh and comfortable environment. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided were more than adequate for a luxurious experience. Facilities and Grounds: The hotel grounds are simply breathtaking. The beautifully landscaped gardens, palm trees, and multiple pools create a tropical paradise that is perfect for relaxation. The pools were clean, well-maintained, and offered both lively and quiet areas, catering to all preferences. The beach, just a short walk from the property, was equally impressive, with fine sand and crystal-clear water. Dining Experience: One of the highlights of our stay was the food. The buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, from international cuisine to local Turkish specialties. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Service: The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. A special mention goes to the Guest Relations team, particularly the young lady who assisted us during a minor misunderstanding. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine willingness to resolve the issue made all the difference. She went above and beyond to ensure that we felt valued and that our stay continued seamlessly. Entertainment and Activities: The entertainment team did an amazing job organizing shows and activities suitable for all ages. From live music to water sports and kids’ programs, there was always something fun to do. The spa and wellness center were also outstanding, providing the perfect setting for relaxation and rejuvenation. Overall Impression: Despite the small misunderstanding we encountered, which was quickly and professionally handled, our experience at IC Hotels Green Palace was nothing short of perfect. The combination of luxurious facilities, excellent service, and attention to detail made this an unforgettable holiday. We highly recommend this resort to families, couples, and anyone looking for a relaxing yet lively getaway. We are coming towards the end of our trip and it has been really good, despite the wet weather. It is a lovely place for families with young children. The kids club is very good and all the staff are really nice, specially the more older ladies who work in the food areas are just so sweet and warm! We love all the cats and it's so nice to see the staff being loving towards them too it really warmed our heart. Some of the cats are so friendly and loving! The goats are really cute and friendly too!

A very nice and quiet place. All hotel facilities are available. The staff are nice. The food is excellent and there are many types. I would like to thank Ms. Simga in the dining hall. She was very nice and helpful. I will try it again. Thank you.

When I went to this beautiful and gorgeous resort, it felt like I was in a palace. I went for a summer vacation with my family and they also said the same exact words that I’m gonna say right now. Rooms were always clean. The restaurant was on perfect timing. We also relaxed in the Mediterranean Sea and it also has bars nearby. Same for the pool. And the Euros 2024 was going on at the time. And I had fun watching it in the auditorium. The spa was also nice. It also had a waterpark that was really fun. Everything was nice, if I went to it 1 time, then I have to go to it again. End of November early December with my 4 sisters and friends we chose to stay in this hotel for 6 nights We like the resort because its not a massive property. Very impressive with the services on the whole. Guests relation extremely helpful. Check in service was top notch .A special mention to Mr. Baha for arranging taxi service and giving sightseeing tips. Because it's off season we understand that less choices in the buffet offered. Now and then there was some good dishes. Love the beach facilities. We will not hesitate to recommend this property to friends and family. Keep up the standard.
