I traveled to this hotel with my family, and unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience. From the moment we arrived, we faced extremely poor conditions and a lack of responsiveness from the staff. Additionally, the staff’s behavior was extremely rude and racist. After being denied check-in, no one assisted us, and we had to wait outside for hours. None of the officials addressed our complaints or provided any response to our issues. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also insulting. Unfortunately, we still have not received the money we paid for our stay. We were told that the hotel bears no responsibility for refunding our money, which further demonstrates the lack of commitment and professionalism of this establishment. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you are looking for a positive and respectful experience, it is better to choose other options. Beware! Thank you for your response; however, unfortunately, your explanation is not satisfactory to us. We had carefully planned our holiday and made a reservation through a reputable site, but ultimately, we were denied entry to the hotel solely because of our Iranian nationality. We were even left waiting outside the hotel for hours, without access to basic necessities such as water, which is entirely unacceptable. We are also disappointed to hear that no refund is available. As guests, we expected more support and cooperation from the hotel in the event of an issue, rather than having the responsibility entirely shifted to the booking agency. We still hope that the hotel will take responsibility and work towards resolving this issue and refunding our expenses.

Simply excellent. I can only say positive things of this hotel. The staff is attentive, helpful and friendly. The kids and baby clubs are well equipped, and the staff working there are incredibly enthusiastic with their work and taking care of the children. The food: another level; great variety of food, and the quality is brilliant (desserts are delicious!). There are many activities for adults and children, you cannot get bored! Thanks for the experience.

This hotel is fantastic! Everyone we have met is so friendly. The facilities are incredible! The food and drink is wonderful. I am wanting for nothing. The room is great. Perfect for what you need. We had a faulty hairdryer that was fixed very quickly. The kids keep saying “they are in paradise!”

Friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed every meal we had albeit some of it was repetitive. Kids loved the water park and slides. Evening entertainment was brilliant. How room was facing the pools/sea. Band was playing most nights which we could hear from.our room but didn't run on too late. Will book again
