Having just returned from a week's stay I can confirm most of the other 5 star reviews. The service is superb from all staff members. They make everyone feel special without being intrusive. Food is excellent with plenty of choices both in the breakfast buffet and the evening dinner service. Most of all the location is superb and whilst always busy it has an air of tranquility helped by the amazing service from all of the staff. Keep it up.

After booking for 2025 accidentally. The staff were able to sort us an excellent room last minute. The attention to detail and knowledge was superb. Service was fantastic. Food also brilliant. We hired bikes and paddle boards the reception staff got them immediately. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Wow what can I say? The Illa D'Or is an amazing hotel. We've had the best week thanks to their fabulous staff, from the incredibly warm welcome from the front of house, to the charming and helpful porters. The housekeeping staff and waiters are great and everyone works so hard to make one's stay truly memorable.
The location at the end of the Pine Walk is breathtaking, surrounded by mountains and crystal clear water. The hotel itself is truly beautiful inside and out. The decor is modern and clean but doesn't detract from the hotel's classical roots.
Thank you to all at the Illa D'Or for welcoming us to your fabulous hotel.
Heyhihello Helloagain
Wasn’t my choice of hotel but ended up here for social reason. Rooms were abysmal - dirty, dated as much as they could be, full of damp to the point the bed sheets were wet and floor slippery and ABSOLUTELY stunk of smoke and damp. Was horrendous to be in the room. Even the cups in the room were full of dust when we came in. was given a bottle of water int he room when we checked in and then it never got replaced across four nights. I felt filthy and gross the entire stay and was relieved when we checked out - truly the worst hotel room I’ve ever seen.
Food at the bar restaurant was literally inedible but the terrace restaurant was good enough and the staff mostly were friendly here.
It is not a spa and wellness hotel - all the other reviews that go into detail on this are telling the truth. Dirty, dated and not fit for description of “spa”. Adult pool outdoor is tiny and dirty, child pool is loud and unregulated (which makes sense but worth noting). There is nothing pleasant to say about these functions.
Very child friendly - if you want relaxing couples time etc, wouldn’t recommend as they’re everywhere and loud.
The reception staff are unhelpful and unfriendly in my experience.
