3 stars because of receptionist staff and management, other then that the view and room was good. I didn’t like especially because they was about to close the hotel and workers already start to do repairs in the hotel for next season… that’s not nice
Suggestions:
You can start maintenance work after you close properly the hotel not when you have tourists inside and receptionists they should pay more attention to the guests not talk each other about personal matters.

Unfortunately the hotel looks good from the outside but you can not expect much. Try breakfast is really bad. I never had such a terrible breakfast in a 4 star resort. The coffe comes from a old Automat. No option for vegan people. The rest of the food is old and not fresh. The breakfast room is always very dirty. Kids running and touching the breakfast with their hands. We always ate breakfast outside.
The rooms are clean and nice.
The service is friendly.
Half of the pool is not allowed to used because it belongs to a private fitness club. So it’s not enough space for the hotel guests. I wish I would note this before.
The location is in a party area, during the night you hear other tourists shouting and beeing drunk on the hotel corridor. If you want to go party it’s okay but if you want to relax I would not recommend. The hotel stuff is really friendly

The room matched the presentation exactly. While it could have been a bit cleaner, we understand that it’s challenging to thoroughly clean a room in 30 minutes during peak season. We chose the half-board option for our 7-day trip. Breakfast was impeccable with many tasty options. However, dinner was basic compared to other Innside hotels we’ve stayed at. It wasn’t bad, but we would have been better off dining at nearby restaurants. The staff was always nice and friendly. The pool area was clean, had a beautiful view, and featured a DJ to set the right mood.

I went with a friend in late September (so not peak season). The hotel was amazing. The rooms were clean and looked quite luxurious to us (only minus: no toilet brush). We had a terrace which was great to hang out. Sometimes at night you would be able to hear other guests when they walked past our room, but in those cases they were nearly yelling so cannot really blame the rooms for that (only happened twice in the week we stayed there).
We had breakfast included and absolutely loved it, massive selection including vegetarian and gluten free stuff (gluten free even had its own little corner). The choices changed a little every day, we found something we liked every day.
I took a video as well but google does not let me upload it, so sumarised they had: many different kinds of bread, buns, crossaints, donuts, pain au chocolates, scrambled egg, pancakes, hash browns, beans, different cheese and sausages, fruits, veggies etc etc etc.
The staff was really nice, I twisted my ankle one day and the staff did everything they could to make sure I was okay (got me ice packs, asked if I needed a doctor etc).
It takes barely 2 minutes to walk to the beach and the beach was really clean.
There are lots of shops and restaurants close by so good for window shopping as well.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitvely come back if the chance arises. Would recommend 10/10.
Just please put a toilet brush in the rooms :D

We stayed at their sister hotel in Alcúdia and had quite high expectations. However, this stay was a complete disappointment.
The room was fine and big enough. They refresh the fridge every day with complimentary drinks. That’s if with good points.
The pool is officially open until 6 PM. If you want a nice and comfortable sunbed by the pool, you have to pay for it.
The biggest disappointment was the food and safety. Yes, SAFETY. Every single plate was dirty, with lots of spots, and worse, they had so many chips that it was simply dangerous to eat from them. There were chips everywhere: inside the plate/bowl, outside, and on the sides. The same was true for the cups. Many people, including us, were drinking from paper cups because the regular ones were either dirty or half-broken. It was crazy. I kindly told the reception that you have to check this, it’s dangerous, but nothing improved the next day. I’m not talking about just 1-2-3 plates — the majority were as I described.
The food quality was also bad. Don’t include dinner in your package. It’s better to eat anywhere else. For example, Melia Calvià Beach, just a 10-minute walk away, offers a great buffet dinner for 35€. We regret so much choosing this hotel because the previous nights we spent at Melia Calvià Beach were perfect. The price is the same, but the experience is not comparable at all.
Once, in the morning, they also served bad food: the carrot was rotten, and the milk was sour. I asked for a well-done egg for our daughter — of course, it was still runny inside.
Very bad experience. I understand that sometimes things happen and dishes may not be perfect, but what we saw… unbelievable.
And for families, Melia Calvià Beach is a perfect choice. Here, they have zero things for kids.
