I am very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The staff is very kind and attentive - they even upgraded my room without any extra charge! The rooms are bright and spacious. The premium room has a coffee machine and complimentary drinks in the mini bar. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because there was a cockroach 🪳 in the room.

Lovely and cozy hotel … we got even 12 grapes for new year eve’s celebration 🎉- it was pleasant surprise Rooms are clean and spacious. We had room with solarium, so it was amazing access for sunbathing Breakfast tasty … coffee too and it was surprisingly welcomed 😊 Ladies in reception were helpful 😊 Team in the bar who worked in the evening patient and brilliant 😊

We booked a room with balcony and pool blick and it seemed unfortunately like in the photo. Check in took longer than thought. Even if I did the check in online through installing their app and writing all the informations, passport number and even date of issue, the receptionist needed our passports again and was writing again. The receptionist also asked for my credit card number and wrote it to a form, which felt very uncomfortable. There was no kettle in the room, we got one after we asked but it was not working properly and leaking water. The indoor pool was nice but only open from 10 to 18 o'clock. Staff was kind and helpful. The location was good, walking to the downtown takes 15-20 minutes and there are also busses. The entrance of the hotel has a very nice atmosphere. Gym was good, small but seems nice with many mirrors and music.

Very nice place, but be warned of the glass shower in the middle of the room. I’m a modest person and was quite embarrassed to use the shower in there. We booked a poolside room and that was fun though. We only stayed a couple of nights, so we didn’t get to experience all of the amenities. I would go back if I could get a room with a more private bathroom.

The Rooms and hotel location overall are very nice, but the reason for this review is for the excellent experience in the hotel restaurant, the food was really good and fresh but the service was something else.. I was served by Shakir this gentleman is very nice always looking for the comfort and quality of the service I was very impressed with the treatment that was really not expected. Congrats and keep it up👍🏽
