This was one of the best resorts I have stayed at. The staff is amazing, so friendly and welcoming. Islam and Ahmed at reception were so helpful. The food quality was very good and facilities were very good. The water park was good but as we went in the winter - we couldn’t brave the cold water. The main pool and kids aqua park was heated and that was the best part given we went in winter. The rooms are good, spacious and clean. Great for families and will be visiting again surely.

Was amazing, I cannot recommend this resort highly enough. We are a couple and had just as much fun as the families there. Next year we are planning on returning with more of the family, including a child as very family friendly. All ages catered for so really is for anyone. I loved the character statues, but I am a big kid at heart…..I want to thank the staff team for making our first visit to Egypt so perfect we have fallen in love with the country and resort!! With the added bonus of the Christmas lights and music going Looking forward to seeing you next year

I find the experience wonderful, especially the slides were fantastic, but i like to see more communication between people, that is a big problem nowadays. And i would like that some people understand, when you say "no i am not interested" they should understand, i can understand that being private takes skills to win clients, but you also they need to to listen to the clients when they are not interested, i am talking about the private shops around the resort. I would suggest a red mark as a bracelet as well. That was all, either way a nice experience, we are definitely coming back.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic and the resort is sits in has literally everything for children and adults of all ages. We had the best week here in a beautiful room overlooking the water park and everything single member of staff we spoke too was so friendly with a special thank you to our cleaner Ahmen room 7006 who helped us in every way we needed at all times. The only thing that lets down your resort and we were aware of this from previous reviews is the quality of your alcoholic spirits, these are unfortunately undrinkable no matter what way you try them.

Hotel was amazing! So much to do, so much going on. Food was good and varied as there were so many restaurants to choose from! Something for everyone! Staff were so friendly and polite from housekeeping to lifeguards. I felt comfortable leaving my 3 year old to splash about knowing the lifeguards were there. WiFi is a bit patchy in the rooms but worked in other areas of the resort (enough for my 3 year old to watch her tablet) I cannot recommend this resort enough. We will definitely be back!
