We had an amazing stay, the staff were lovely and very attentive, the hotel was spotless and the facilities were incredible!!
The only thing I could think off to improve would be the quality of the food, it was all nice and there was lots of choice, but there weren't many veggie options, and it wasn't the best food ever, the drinks choice was great, but the local alcohol wasn't the nicest. Amazing coffee and ice coffee though!
The pools were all very clean, the rooms and restaurants were immaculate and you'd only have to sit down for a minute before someone had come to offer you a drink. The pizza was delicious around the pools, the towel service was excellent, and the amount of excursions available was amazing too.
We had the most incredible holiday, thank you so much for having us!

This hotel is a real paradise for lovers of water activities and family vacations. It combines a wide range of services, beautiful territory and high level of service.
Advantages:
1. Water park: The main advantage of the hotel is a huge water park with many slides, pools and areas for children and adults. The slides are varied: from extreme to calm family ones.
2. Territory: Well-groomed and spacious territory with a green landscape and cozy chalets, creating the atmosphere of a tropical resort.
3. Food: A large selection of restaurants with cuisines of different countries (Italian, Eastern, Asian, etc.). The buffet pleases with a variety of dishes and freshness of products.
4. Animation and entertainment: Daily programs for adults and children - from morning gymnastics to evening shows.
5. Service: The staff is polite, friendly and always ready to help.
Summary:
This hotel is an ideal option for a family vacation, especially if you are traveling with children. There is something for everyone here, from active recreation to relaxing poolside enjoyment. The price-quality ratio is completely justified. Recommended for those who want to spend a fun and carefree holiday.

This was one of the best resorts I have stayed at. The staff is amazing, so friendly and welcoming. Islam and Ahmed at reception were so helpful. The food quality was very good and facilities were very good. The water park was good but as we went in the winter - we couldn’t brave the cold water. The main pool and kids aqua park was heated and that was the best part given we went in winter. The rooms are good, spacious and clean. Great for families and will be visiting again surely.

Was amazing, I cannot recommend this resort highly enough. We are a couple and had just as much fun as the families there. Next year we are planning on returning with more of the family, including a child as very family friendly. All ages catered for so really is for anyone.
I loved the character statues, but I am a big kid at heart…..I want to thank the staff team for making our first visit to Egypt so perfect we have fallen in love with the country and resort!! With the added bonus of the Christmas lights and music going

Absolutely amazing. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves we had an amazing time. The staff were amazing. The resort was amazing. The only downside is we wish we stayed longer than seven nights. We will be booking another holiday to this hotel and next time stay longer for minimum 12 nights because seven nights was not enough, we will definitely be booking this hotel every year from now on.
Also, I would like to point out that security was impeccable. We felt very very safe both in the resort and out of it.
