Bad bits -
Rooms are disgusting, in need of a refresh, terrible view of a wall, sticky floors, broken tiles, bad air conditioning. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable.
Reception service is very poor, unfriendly and dismissive, wouldn't allow late check out, cut your wrist bands off at check out, didn't help when we told them about the air con not working.
Our check out time was 12 but our flight was 10pm, they said we couldn't have a late checkout and took our bands off at 12. They said we could no longer use any facilities and couldn't leave the lobby.
Pool is tiny and very crowded. No sunbeds free after 8am. Food is horrible and poorly labelled. Restaurant also very small and barely any seats. Day entertainment very sporadic and poorly planned. Evening entertainment not fantastic.
Good bits -
Bar service is good, friendly and they remember you which is nice. Cleaning service is also good, you can tell they care. Entertainment staff are lovely, but not great at shows...
Beach is really nice, water is clear and clean, and the sand is lovely. Location is good if you want to be in the busy shopping area, close to the marina.
Kids pool and club looked very good, and we would have used them a lot if we brought the kids.

The hotel is to small there is not enough sunbeds for everyone at the beach.. The worst experience.. At the beach there are a lot of man that are boring.. They want to sell you something that you don’t want.. And they come like every 10 times during the day.. You don’t have peace.. Beach is closing at 6 pm local time even tho there is still sun… I WILL NOT COME BACK TO THIS HOTEL..
The people that work are not kind they are so mean you can see in their faces..

There was no hot water in our room..You have to get up at 6am to find a sunbed otherwise you will have to stay in the bar.
The food is not good, every day is the same food..
If you want something you must give them 1€ or 1$ to get the job done..
In the streets every one is offering you something to buy.. Every man on the street is looking 👀 at every women that go on the street..I just not feel safe..

I had a family room 263, Mr Mohamed was very friendly and helpful and flexible. Overall the hotel was good and the location was top. Food also great. Only late check out was not possible for us, but for others it was. Thanks for everything, I will be back

In a 4-star hotel, I would not give it 0. The hotel employees are very unfriendly, unhospitable and unhelpful. At all inclusive, the waiters behave as if I am asking him to bring me something from his home. First and last time I came here with my wife. When you decide on this hotel, THINK TWICE!!!!

Worst experience ever. I am currently staying there and arrived today with my family. We booked 4 rooms for a week. As soon as we arrived, they asked us to pay the full amount for all rooms for the entire period and refused to pay an advance amount only and to pay the rest after the end of the stay. As a first step, we did not want to cause a problem and paid the full amount, which is not a cheap amount at all. As a second step, we asked for the password for the Internet and here was the second surprise that the Internet is only available at the reception and if you want to use the Internet in the room or anywhere else, you have to pay an additional amount. We tried to reach the manager and express our astonishment and refusal, but he had no answer other than this is the hotel policy. We went to the room and found the following: 1- Room No. 315, there was hair on the bed and the door card was not working. The technician came and said that the batteries in the door were not working and he changed the batteries but this did not solve the problem. Then another technician came and fixed the door and then said that there was a problem with the electricity and we waited for another technician to fix the fault. Then we tried to use the safe but it didn't work until another technician came and changed the batteries of the safe. Then we discovered that the number of towels was not enough.
2_ Room 316 The same issue was repeated regarding the safe and towels
3- Room 503 As soon as we entered the room, there was a very bad smell and when we complained, a receptionist came and changed the room to a new room number, which is 212.
4_ It was reported that it was a double room for a couple and as soon as we entered, it was found that there were two separate beds and not a large bed for the couple. We did not want to report or complain because it is a simple thing. But after going down to the sea and using the bathroom, a problem appeared in the drainage and the room was changed at night.
A very bad experience, low treatment, bad service and high prices.
Note that I am sitting in the reception and using my own internet because it is impossible to use the reception's internet.
