The hotel is to small there is not enough sunbeds for everyone at the beach.. The worst experience.. At the beach there are a lot of man that are boring.. They want to sell you something that you don’t want.. And they come like every 10 times during the day.. You don’t have peace.. Beach is closing at 6 pm local time even tho there is still sun… I WILL NOT COME BACK TO THIS HOTEL..
The people that work are not kind they are so mean you can see in their faces..

There was no hot water in our room..You have to get up at 6am to find a sunbed otherwise you will have to stay in the bar.
The food is not good, every day is the same food..
If you want something you must give them 1€ or 1$ to get the job done..
In the streets every one is offering you something to buy.. Every man on the street is looking 👀 at every women that go on the street..I just not feel safe..

Bad bits -
Rooms are disgusting, in need of a refresh, terrible view of a wall, sticky floors, broken tiles, bad air conditioning. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable.
Reception service is very poor, unfriendly and dismissive, wouldn't allow late check out, cut your wrist bands off at check out, didn't help when we told them about the air con not working.
Our check out time was 12 but our flight was 10pm, they said we couldn't have a late checkout and took our bands off at 12. They said we could no longer use any facilities and couldn't leave the lobby.
Pool is tiny and very crowded. No sunbeds free after 8am. Food is horrible and poorly labelled. Restaurant also very small and barely any seats. Day entertainment very sporadic and poorly planned. Evening entertainment not fantastic.
Good bits -
Bar service is good, friendly and they remember you which is nice. Cleaning service is also good, you can tell they care. Entertainment staff are lovely, but not great at shows...
Beach is really nice, water is clear and clean, and the sand is lovely. Location is good if you want to be in the busy shopping area, close to the marina.
Kids pool and club looked very good, and we would have used them a lot if we brought the kids.

My name is Adriana I am university profesor and I would like to share my experience in this wonderful resort. I have been three times during this summer and I am looking forward to come back as soon as possible. why?
1. First of all I found very polite staff, smiling and ready to help you, committed to deliver exceptional services.
2.The management team has made unimaginable changes within a narrow space to give us- the tourists- the best accomodation. Congratulations!!!
3. The food is excellent, the Chef Cook deserves congratulations! A variety of dishes, and very tasty. The menus enliven the senses with an array of culinary offerings.
4. The rooms are clean,well equipped, the staff very attentive.
5. There is room for everybody on the beach, at the bars, in the restaurant and the staff is very well trained. I have not seen anyone standing in the queue.
6. In the evening it's a pleasure to relax because the entertainment team is attentive to the guests.
7. At the reception everybody is polite, ready to give you a helping hand.
Congratulations Mr. Bahaa Sadek for the top notch hospitality, for the quality of the services, for the elegance and modernity of this wonderful spot, for the warm experience we have in this hotel!

Stayed here back in April booked a family suite with 2 bedrooms for 3 adults one child.
On arrival staff was very rude and unprofessional stated they had no confirmation of our booking shouted at our 10 year old child eventually stating they only had 3 standard double rooms available worth half the price what we had booked. demanding we take these rooms with no compensation.
Despite the hotel claiming to be 4 stars it had no entertainment and we found the excersion staff to be really over pushy and using bully like tacktics to get sails.
Very missleading on what they advertise.
Very poor food quality for an all inclusive establishment.
On our last day the very frustraitingly angry and unprofessional manager again shouted at out 10 year old and threatened to get the police to him for a simple error of losing his room key atrempting to stop our airport transfer from leaving the hotel.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL IS AVOIDED

I had a family room 263, Mr Mohamed was very friendly and helpful and flexible. Overall the hotel was good and the location was top. Food also great. Only late check out was not possible for us, but for others it was. Thanks for everything, I will be back
