**Amazing Stay!**
We spent a few wonderful days at this hotel and can't wait to return! From the very beginning, everything was perfectly organized. The staff was incredibly polite, professional, and always ready to help. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, with extremely comfortable beds.
The breakfast buffet was fantastic – a wide selection of fresh products, delicious dishes, and great coffee. The hotel restaurant also deserves praise – the food was exquisite, and the service was top-notch.
The hotel's location is ideal – close to the city center yet in a quiet area. We also had the chance to enjoy the spa area – it was a real treat for the senses. The pool, sauna, and massages were all of the highest quality.
In summary, our stay at this hotel was unforgettable. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to relax and unwind in comfortable surroundings. We will definitely be back!

This resort is puzzling. It's below any that we have been to so far. It generally feels run down like frozen in time but it's only 20 years old... I'm guessing when it opened in 2000 it was already dated and felt like 1990.
I'm guessing the greedy owners never put money aside for renovations and 20 years later it's a general poor state.
The panels behind our beds are falling apart. The coffee machines in the dining area are from the '90 filtered coffee only. Have to pay for internet that's from the early 2000's. Aircon in the room in noisy, either freezing or off. The dark wood panels on the walls are so dated. Opening the balcony window requires brute force of 2 people. No water pressure whatsoever, good luck washing your hair.
Positive note the greenery, bushes and big trees very well maintained. Big flowers, very nice.
Final nail that drove me to write this up. At the kids club one morning, kids come into the room to a super strong smell of white spirits. All windows are closed. The tall blond stupid animation girl doesn't do anything about it before I intervene. Kids are not safe in this hotel when unsupervised by a parent.

It was really frustrating,
- they kept me waiting to check in until after 2 pm
- I took the room without any towels and kept waiting for like one hour to got them.
-Nobody is smiling at the reception and they're all rude esp Walid. They dn know how hospitability works like they never study or work in that field before.
-The sea is so shallow, you can walk like 10 mins in sea and the water will not exceed your knees unless you can walk over a bridge in wayer for 500m to reach a deep water even though there're no coral or fishes there.
-I'm Egyptian and they charged me in Dollars& through my credit card!
- They say there's a nightclub there but actually everything there is overcharged even if you're Hard All Inclusive and actually it's the first time I see smth like that!!
- Although they have a big area in front of the hotel, they make the parking in another area which was so sandy and rocky and full of dust which will damage your car and dirt it.
-The food was acceptable to a 4 stars hotel, no variety though.. they put the remained of Lunch to Dinner
-Actually, what really annoyed me, the staff the staff the staff!!! They are all so rude!!!!

I had an amazing stay at Golden Beach Hotel with my family, and I have nothing but positive things to say. The hotel is well-maintained, with beautifully kept gardens and fantastic pools. The food was correct, and they made a real effort to offer variety.
The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. I had the pleasure of spending the week with Nagi, the lifeguard, who was just wonderful. He was so kind, friendly, and always had a smile on his face, and he was amazing with the kids.
Chef Mina at the Bansai restaurant is simply incredible—you can dine there without any hesitation, and he even puts on a show! The buffet manager at breakfast and lunch was always so sweet and cheerful, as was the head of the buffet servers.
Big bravo to the animation team especially Ada great job guys and thanks for the kindness of the spa team
Honestly, I would return without hesitation!

Good hotel and facilities but stuff need some training how to deal with guests, really stuff treats guests badly specially if you are Egyptian. Mr. Mansour did not solve my issue he tried the traditional way, but his solution didn't work. Over all its a nice place to spend your vacation.
