Double A
We stayed 5 nights at this hotel in mid February as a group of 4 adults. When we arrived we were placed in the standard twin rooms but quickly upgraded to the premium which were so much better and had a fantastic view. The beds were incredibly comfortable and clean, the room was spacious and the house keeping was excellent. The hotel is massive! In our 6 days, we couldn’t explore it fully which says a lot but what we saw and what we used, was all great. With 7 pools, plenty of sun loungers, numerous restaurants, a massive beach plus much much more, this place is highly recommended. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, they much your experience so much better so thanks to all of them. The only little thing that we weren’t too happy about was the quality of the food, it was edible but not much choice or taste. Nevertheless, we hope to come again in the future.

After initially being dissatisfied with my room and paying for an upgrade to move to a premium room, I was eventually happy with the room and facilities of the hotel. The food options for me were good, although most nights very similar, however if you are able to book a couple of the A la Carte restaurants, these are nice to break it up from the buffet food. The only food I was disappointed with was the breakfast options. The part of this hotel that really put a dampener on the trip was my experience at the spa. Even after trying to haggle the price down to what I was somewhat willing to pay for the service the service was poor to say the least. I had two massages which were okay but nothing like a professional massage you would experience from a proper masseuse. The most disappointing service was the facial, it was overpriced and extremely rushed lasting only 20 minutes I had cold steam on my face for the majority of that time and then a “collagen” mask which felt as though it was burning my skin, there was absolutely no customer service it was slap dash and to be honest completely ruined the end of my trip. Overall I had a good stay here I just would avoid the spa at all costs.

I was there 9 days together with my mom. The first impressions are amazing, the staff is very welcoming and helpful. The hotel, the gardens, pools and also the room was super clean 🫧 during the complete stay. Also the wide range of restaurants is amazing, so for us food never got boring. The service at the white restaurant (main restaurant) is excellent as well in the breeze restaurant ! Thanks a lot for the nice time ☀️

I have to say this is our first time staying at long beach and wow, I am so impressed!
In fact I am that impressed we’ve booked to come back with all the family in December again. We have been here almost 3 weeks with another 10 days to go.
The food is wonderful, so much choice. Our room is a little out dated but location is fantastic (we didn’t come here to spend much time in our rooms anyway) so upgrading to the newer rooms was not important to us.
The showers are so hot and powerful, the cleaner is so good. He always has a smile, brings us anything we require and does a fantastic job of keeping our room clean and tidy.
The staff can’t help you more with their friendly approaches and constant attention to your needs.
The lobby bar is our favourite place to chill on an evening and the bar staff again, 'so attentive’ to everything and all the staff members call us by our names which I find so incredibly respectful and how they can remember everyones names and faces is mind blowing as this hotel is huge.
Buses take you around the resort all day long and to anywhere you wish to be dropped off.
All the staff are such lovely people, they really make this holiday special.
This holiday for us has been so good that we really do not want to leave.

This sprawling beachfront resort is ideal for families or couples looking for a relaxing getaway at the infamous Red Sea. The rooms are average in size, offering the basic amenities, though slightly dated.
The resort has several large pools, a variety of restaurants, and activities like snorkelling, beach games and a spa. The all-inclusive package is a must, offering buffet meals all day and poolside snacks. However the only downside is the limited options for vegetarians or health-conscious options.
A key highlight is the private beach with direct access to the Red Sea, as well as an extensive amount of covered and uncovered seating on the beachfront. However, the location is quite far from Hurghada city center, so it’s best for those planning to stay on-site and enjoy all the amenities on offer.
