First visit to Hurghada as we didn’t like sharm! I cannot fault much with this hotel apart from the buffet food, nothing wrong with it very clean and well presented just not my kind of cuisine. The Al la carte restaurants tho were on another level! I’d like to say an extra special thanks to TAHER, MAHAMOUD & SHABBA, these 3 people are a credit to the hotel and go above and beyond to look after you. We didn’t want for nothing, never without a cold drink, amazing with our children and just made the whole experience outstanding! Thank you and see you in janruary, YES we loved it that much this month we are already going back.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The food was excellent with a great variety of dishes – fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented at every meal. What really stood out was the entertainment team. They were fantastic – always full of energy, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure everyone was having a great time. There was something for everyone, whether you wanted to join in the activities or just relax and enjoy the shows. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The combination of great food, a comfortable stay, and such an amazing entertainment team made this a holiday to remember. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back!

The Worst Experience Ever – A Total Disappointment After an amazing stay at Titanic Royal, we decided to visit Titanic Resort expecting a similar experience—but it turned out to be a huge mistake. What was meant to be a relaxing day out with family quickly became a nightmare due to the shockingly poor customer service at this resort. The behavior of the staff, particularly the Aqua Park supervisor, Mustafa, was unacceptable. His attitude was appalling—completely unfit for a customer-facing role. I’ve never encountered a staff member so comfortable arguing with guests, waving his hands dismissively, and telling us to go to reception if we weren’t happy. Even worse, he raised his voice at children—something that should never happen, especially in a family resort. The recreation manager was no better. He addressed us with his arms crossed, showing zero professionalism or basic courtesy, and offered no apology whatsoever for their behavior. This resort is an absolute disgrace. It’s clear they do not value their paying customers or understand what proper hospitality means. We also emailed General Manager to raise our concerns, but received an even more disappointing response that further proof of how little they care about guest feedback. I attached a picture of the response received from the General Manager for everyone to see how unprofessional they are and how much they don’t care about their customers. The email he shared very clearly shows how quick he wanted to close the case with many spelling mistakes that shouldn’t be made by a general manager and not a single apology for his staff appalling behavior. This shows that the lack of customer service is from top down. I strongly do not recommend this resort, especially for families with children. There are many better options in Egypt where true hospitality still exists and guests are treated with respect.

stayed at the hotel from June 30 to July 2, and everything about the experience was truly outstanding. From the very first moment at the reception, the staff were welcoming, professional, and efficient. Check-in was fast, and I was quickly escorted to my room, which was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The food was a highlight of the stay – delicious, fresh, and incredibly varied. Every meal was a delightful challenge in choosing what to eat due to the wide range of tempting options. The aquapark was clean, fun, and enjoyable for both adults and kids, offering plenty of activities and well-maintained facilities. The bar and snack areas were also excellent, offering great service and variety. The beach was beautiful, with soft, clean sand and a relaxing atmosphere. The daily entertainment and evening shows were enjoyable and well-organized, adding an extra touch of fun to each day. Overall, it was a perfect stay from start to finish. Special thanks to Mr. Sherif, a truly kind and welcoming gentleman who made us feel at home from the very first moment. Thank you for your hospitality and warm smile – looking forward to returning next year

During our stay at Titanic Royal, we took the shuttle bus to visit the sister hotel with the aquapark. Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience with the staff there. They treated us as if we didn’t belong and their attitude was rather unfriendly. The drinks were served in the smallest glasses possible, and when we asked for a slush drink, they poured it into an espresso cup, saying they were not allowed to give bigger ones. Only after we insisted and asked them to call the manager did one of them, clearly annoyed, finally serve it in a proper glass. The whole situation felt like a tactic to push guests into giving tips, which is really inappropriate for a hotel of this category. The aquapark itself is nice, but this experience left a bad impression. We hope the hotel management will address the staff training and ensure all guests from the sister hotel are treated with respect.
