This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel and we loved it again. The staff and service is amazing, so friendly and attentive. A shout out to the animation team who all excellent and particularly Mr Socks on the animation team so friendly and fun. Also a shout out to Abdu at the hotel bar who looked after us so well and his service was excellent. We will be back for a 3rd time next year. The food in both restaraunts was excellent. We had numerous gifts from the hotel management for being returning customers which was a nice touch. We love the Iberotel Casa del mar.

We came late at night and was setup to get a family room, this was in 1st. floor so we asked to get a room on ground floor, receptionist checked this up for us and had 1 room available so we got this, room was spacious and clean comfy beds though the pillows was a bit hard to what we are used with. The guy that was cleaning our room was very helpful and made a good job on that, much appreciated! Bartenders at the pool and in the lobby made nice drinks for us. Food was overall good and the Italian Ala Carte restaurant had very nice food, also the beach restaurant had good food, so well done for the kitchen personal! We had lots of fun with the animation team from early morning to late evening, some good shows and various activity, though this hotel is mostly french peoples staying at they managed to include some norwegians aswell :) Also the hotel management team had some walks around checking up on the guests to see if everything was ok, i think that is a good way to make sure for the hotel that the guests have a good and pleasant stay. Pools were nice with 2 pool bars and i enjoyed participate on the water volleyball. The hotel is family friendly and there where some younger kids with families though mostly adults at this hotel. The beach was very nice and it shared the beach with its sisterhotel Jaz Elite. All in all i would consider to come back to this hotel again.

We are having an amazing time here! The hotel is fantastic – we are always smiling and enjoying every moment. The food is absolutely delicious, the animation program is very rich and entertaining, and everyone here is so kind and cheerful. Julia, Jasmin, David, and Ewan make every day special with their great energy and friendliness. Ibrahim at the poolbar make super drink. This hotel rules! 💥 I will definitely come back for sure! 🌞✨

What can I say about Iberotel Casa Del Mar? Before our trip, both my partner and I were a little apprehensive about visiting Egypt after reading so many mixed reviews online. But I can honestly say, hand on heart, this has been one of the best holidays we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the experience at this hotel has been exceptional. The hospitality, the animation team, the bar staff, the daily activities, the entertainment, and the food have all been incredible. I especially enjoyed getting involved in darts, volleyball, and water polo — the energy and enthusiasm from the team made it impossible not to join in! A special mention goes to Ahmed Adel in the restaurant, who from day one greeted us with a warm smile, always spotted us as we walked in, and went above and beyond to make sure our dining experience was perfect every single time. I’d also like to thank Kim and David (aka Mr Socks) from the animation team — they made us feel welcome from the start, checked in with us daily to ensure we were happy, and encouraged us to get involved in the fun activities. Even the management impressed us, personally walking around the sunbeds each day to ask guests how their stay was going and if anything could be improved — a small gesture that speaks volumes about the level of care here. We’ve both said we would definitely return to Egypt, and without hesitation, we’d stay at Iberotel Casa Del Mar again. 10/10 – an unforgettable experience!

I had such a great experience at this hotel! The service is excellent the staff really take care of everyone and make you feel at home. The food is amazing, and the chef is honestly one of the best! We had a small problem during our stay, but the team handled it immediately and even offered us a lovely compliment, which was such a thoughtful touch. Everyone here is so kind and welcoming. The animation team is also fantastic, with two styles French and Egyptian so there’s always something fun and entertaining for everyone. The WiFi was perfect throughout the whole stay, which made everything even more convenient.
