Currently staying at the Casa Del Mar Resort and what a little treasure it is. Beautiful, clean resort. No problem getting a sunbed. Great variety of food in the restaurant and always hot, which is a bonus. Excellent service from all the hotel staff, including the cleaners, bar staff, waiters and the animation team. Special shout out to Gino, what a lovely respectful young man with the nicest smile and always happy to chat. He is a credit to your team. Will have no hesitation in returning again

Review of a hotel with amazing animation We stayed at this hotel and were absolutely delighted! The animation team is truly exceptional. The staff is so energetic, positive, and professional that it’s simply impossible to feel bored. Every day we were entertained with a variety of programs: morning exercises, aqua aerobics, pool games, and evening shows – everything was top-notch. The themed evenings and kids’ mini-disco were especially memorable. The animators know how to connect with both adults and children, creating a true festive atmosphere. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation and endless smiles! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fun and lively experience – boredom is simply not an option here!

Absolutely beautiful hotel with outstanding service and very attentive staff. The rooms very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The main buffet restaurant has always got lots to offer and always hot. The entertainment staff, managed by Marwan, are energetic, lively and very friendly. The pool areas are extremely clean and well tended and the sunbeds are plentiful with clean beach towels every day. A big plus for us are the bar staff who go above and beyond with their customer service skills. Attentive and friendly and within an hour know what and how you like your drink and bring it to your table without having to be asked. This is my first time at this hotel but will most certainly be booking again. As a winter destination it’s absolutely faultless.

From the energetic and engaging animation team to the attentive waiters and professional management Everything is well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully equipped. they have a lot of activities to keep you entertained They have diverse selection of food and drinks. Also, the beach is just a short 5-minute walk away♥️

On arrival the hotel looked nice but on arrival in our room it wasn't as nice. Although the rooms looked as though they had just been painted they still looked dated,our wardrobe doors did not close, the mattress was very hard,the bathroom needed updated and cleaned properly. For 3 days our room was not cleaned as the cleaner appeared about 4pm just when we were going in to get ready for night out which was annoying. The pool area was ok but I never saw it getting cleaned or washed down in the whole time we were there. The food in the restaurant was usually cold and very much the same choices every day. The entertainment was terrible it was the lobby bar listening to soft music till about 9pm then nothing. The disco bar where the entertainment was held was small and very uninviting. We watched 1 show advertised as an African show which ended up being street dancers. So that was the bad bits. The good bits were the staff who were great and very attentive. Special thanks to the magic entertainment team who were brilliant. The new year party was a really good night held in the sister hotel which was so much more luxurious. I would not return to this hotel but would definitely consider going to the sister hotel.
