The reception was very nice, excellent. It was my first time going thank God I was successful in choosing. I liked the dealings, the staff are wonderful and communicate with you 24 hours a day. The service is fast,excellent. Cleanliness, calm, comfort. The hotel was excellent, good selection of foods at lunch and dinner and rotated every day. The animation team are all very friendly and personable and make sure you feel included and encourage participation in many activities. The workers at the hotel are all happy to help and able to assist with any request. The rooms were cleaned well and replenished with towels every day, pool facilities are excellent and the slides are especially fun (girlfriend loved them). The fact you can go to the brother hotel for activities and drinks and also to use the beach is an extra bonus.And it will definitely not be the last visit. Thank you. ❤️❤️

I had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and well-decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The staff was friendly and always available to help with any questions. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to suit every taste. The location was perfect, close to popular attractions and restaurants. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip.

Love love love this hotel!! Everything is perfect and beautiful. The one thing I am always concerned about the most on holidays is the food as it’s alot different to the ‘standard’ English dishes. However, this food has been sooo delicious and we’ve even tried new things that we absolutely loved! This hotel is also great as they will cater to your needs, all you have to do is ask and they will do there best for you with anything and everything. The animation team is amazing! Every single person has made us laugh so much and they’re all always inviting us to activities and have great conversations. Very blessed to be here; best holiday ever!
