Amazing service. Drinks and cocktails are very good. Exceptional service from Salah, I can recommend booking the suite with ocean view. Food is as good as can be expected from an all inclusive hotel. The beach is beautiful and bright blue.

This hotel is suitable for absolutely everyone, the arrival was smooth, the rooms are clean and the food is very tasty. They take great care of the pools and the entire hotel, everything is clean and the staff are very helpful and kind. The beach is absolutely beautiful, suitable even for small children thanks to the gradual access to the sea. The animation programs are absolutely great from morning to evening, the children always enjoyed the mini-disco and the evening show was simply top notch. We will definitely be back again soon. Great hotel.

It was a very delightful vacation at this hotel. The room was very good and clean, there is everyday room service, the food was amazing and people who work at the restaurant were amazing as well. People who work here are very pleasant and kind and are keen to answer to all your questions. Generally speaking a very nice experience and i would recommend this hotel to everyone. I would consider coming here again.

I didn’t like anything about this hotel; they don’t deserve 5 stars. The mattress in the room was terrible, and I couldn’t sleep for 5 days. The bathroom was dirty and wasn’t cleaned properly. This was my first time in Egypt, and I didn’t enjoy this place at all. The staff were pushy and sometimes disrespectful. As for the food, there wasn’t much variety for people who don’t want everything seasoned with herbs. Some donuts sat in the kitchen for 3 days. There are so many negative things I could say about this resort. It looked beautiful from the outside but not from the inside. I will never visit this place again.

Workers constantly smoke on the stairs, since there are no cameras there, so they are dirty. The territory is good, the beach is coral, stone. Be sure to take shoes for swimming. The pools are normal. The rooms themselves and the corridors are dirty.
