The hotel was great, with plenty of attractions.
There was a lazy river, water slides, themed evenings, and lots of pools, so it never felt crowded.
With the sunbeds, it was like everywhere else – people reserved them for the whole week, but we always managed to find something.
The staff was friendly.
The food wasn’t to my taste, everything seemed to taste the same, but some people liked it.
The surrounding area was a bit deserted, except for a few shops where the prices were better than at the bazaar, so I recommend shopping there.
The biggest downside was the beach, where someone had poured concrete, ruining its charm.
Other than that, it's a great base for trips.

Just returned from a week holiday. We loved it, we went with a one year old and had the best time. The food is much choice, my son has allergies and they dealt great with that.
Even if you move sunbeds or come later there will always be room. The personal is absolutely lovely! Always cleaning and nice,
The beds are rock hard and we didn’t sleep well,

Stayed 11 nights stay from end of July to Aug
Can’t fault the hotel and service! Some non Brits do not know the concept of queuing so have to be told and shown the queue and pointed to where to join. Other non Brits are quite rude with no manners.
I have noticed the Brits giving all positive reviews and everyone I spoke to echoed the same sentiment, unlike other foreign guests that tend to complain more
Food is very good, no issues with fresh fish, alternating mains and children friendly dishes. For example chips is available for breakfast lunch and dinner for fussy eaters!
Pools are good sizes and not over crowded, entertainment and extra paid options such as Shisha and desserts available on site.
Games room was adequate, spa was pricey but depends if you want that convenience.
Aqua park with lazy river and slides were a hit! Good to have set times and don’t get over crowded
Just outside the hotel offers many services and shops I urge you to visit. The markets are good but I find good established shops in nearby towns are cheaper than the markets.
The rooms were good, although fully cleaned daily it was a sweep and mop of main floor space not behind doors etc.
No bed bugs at all and believe me I searched with torches and lights!
All in all I would give a 8/10, losing marks only on the distance from the airport but the hotel was spot on!

Another great 10 days at the Kahya Resort! Lazy river, slides, foam parties, extreme sports show, fantastic food and a Oktoberfest! Absolutely brilliant! Great for both adults and children, with hair salon, supermarket and clothing (to name a few facilities) onsite! Staff are wonderful and work all day long to bring service with a smile. See you in 2025!

This is a very good hotel! The food was always fresh (however after a week of stay it was quite repetitive), the Reception was helpful, Animators were doing a great job, Restaurant crew and Bartenders were always helpful, and the pool was great. There are slides, lazy river etc
Snack bar at the pool is serving mostly nuggets, onion rings, chips, so if you see reviews saying it's the only good food in Kahya, it means that the person likes processed products over regular food.
SPA is very nice, if you want to get hammam you won't be disappointed. Fresh beach towels daily.
The rooms were cleaned daily, AC was working fine. Beds were not too hard, seen some reviews they're bad quality and I wouldn't agree. If you are thinking about choosing to Kahya for your stay, I think it's a good choice 😊
However, be prepared drinks served in lobby bars are rather low in alcohol, you need to pay additionally for better drinks in disco for example. Good quality ice cream, better fruit etc are charged extra, so if you're going with children, prepare to spend more money there.
The only downsides I noticed were the beach and the smell near the pool bar sometimes. If you want to access the beach freely, you need special shoes. It's quite rocky and there's some concrete there.
