It was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. If you think it’s a new 5 star hotel it is NOT. And it’s not the problem. I’ve stayed in better 3 star ones. You won’t get what you book and it’s different than the pictures they advertise here. Looking at the reviews I’m not the first one who didn’t get the room they booked. And a room I got was located in an old building where everything was broken and the staff even didn’t bother to fix it. They didn’t clean rooms or bathrooms in 10 days we stayed just changed the towels and made the beds. But the worst part was that my 3-year-old daughter got sick with salmonella from the food at the restaurant. She’s never been so sick and she’s suffered with diarrhea and stomach pain for 5 days.

Hot food was a bit suspect I'd be surprised if it maintained a safe temperature to be served at.
Hotel is on a busy dual carriageway, difficult to cross to the promenade. There is a tunnel from the hotel which takes you under the road to a private beach.

Only reason for 4 star location is the distance from airport otherwise the beach is very convenient and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
Staff very friendly, food varied and tasty however some complain it's not very warm,we didn't find that an issue at all considering the amount of people catered for.
Overall an amazing experience.

We spent 7 nights at the hotel.
It was very clean and well maintained, the staff were very helpful and polite, although many speak little English they would go out of there way to help.
The room was comfortably big enough for 2 with a balcony and air conditioning.
The cleaner of our room was amazing.
The swimming pools all had there own bars. The staff at these did an amazing job.
The restaurant had a different selection of buffet every night, which was well presented and very tasty.
The location was just outside Alanya main town but only a 25 min flat walk away.
We had an amazing time.
