We stayed for a couple of weeks in a villa and while we enjoyed most of the stay there were some problems that appeared again and again - eg room service that "forgets" things every day. We had to remind them about the fruit basket almost every day, we had to complain about pool maintenance many times and so on. When you stay at an upscale place like this, you just want to relax, you don't want to be managing hotel staff.

Hotel nicely restored but something in room broken and I guess will not be fixed ( coffee machine, the hidden light next to entry door kept turning on from alone during the night) Also the noise from the hotel next to, was very loud. I think one night the Generator was running for over an hour at 4am and was impossible to sleep !

Kempinski The Dome For over 10 years, Kempinski The Dome in Antalya has been our second home. My son Arda and I return to this wonderful hotel year after year, and it’s not just a highlight for us but an unparalleled experience that we cherish each time. As soon as we step into the hotel, we are enveloped by a sense of familiarity and comfort that few places can evoke. Arda has a special bond with this hotel and wishes to come back every year. For him, there is simply no other hotel in Antalya that can compete with the amenities and service offered by Kempinski The Dome. The atmosphere here is unique, making us feel welcomed every time. Food and Beverage The culinary offerings at Kempinski The Dome are simply outstanding. The breakfast buffet is a dream: from freshly baked bread to a variety of cheeses and cold cuts, along with delicious fruit and vegetable selections – there is no wish left unfulfilled. Lunch at the Pavilion is also a highlight. The selection of dishes is impressive, and the quality of the food is consistently excellent. Notably, the variety and freshness of the ingredients prepared daily are outstanding. Dinner is yet another culinary experience. The themed dinner nights provide a wonderful opportunity to discover new flavors and be surprised by the creative culinary skills of the kitchen team. The Pavilion is a true gastronomic gem – the atmosphere, service, and the food itself are simply AMAZING! Drinks by the pool are equally delightful. The bartenders are incredibly attentive and mix delicious cocktails, perfect for a relaxing day by the water. Service and Staff The staff at Kempinski The Dome is another reason why we keep returning. They are dedicated, helpful, and always friendly. The management, who have been with the hotel for years, run their departments with remarkable professionalism and warmth. It’s clear that a strong team works together here, genuinely caring for the well-being of the guests. The “Ladys in Red” deserve special mention. They are available throughout the day to answer questions and provide assistance, making the stay even more enjoyable. Check-in and check-out have always been quick and seamless, greatly enhancing the first and last impressions of our stay. Facilities and Cleanliness The recently renovated rooms are simply phenomenal. They offer modern comfort and stylish décor that invites relaxation. The cleanliness in every area of the hotel is impeccable. The housekeeping staff does an excellent job, ensuring that you feel comfortable and well looked after at all times. The fitness area is also impressive. It provides everything you need for an effective workout and is well-equipped. It’s great that you can maintain your fitness routine even while on vacation. Beach and Leisure Activities The hotel’s beach is perfect – fine sand, clear water, and plenty of sunbeds to relax on. Here, you can enjoy the sun or try out one of the many water sports available. The entire area is well-maintained and invites you to linger. In summary, Kempinski The Dome in Antalya truly deserves its 5 stars in every aspect. For the money you pay, you receive top-notch service, excellent food, and an atmosphere that invites relaxation. The staff is the heart of this hotel and plays a significant role in making each stay unforgettable. We are already looking forward to our next visit and returning to our second home! We had an exceptional stay in one of the Lagoon Suites at Kempinski Hotel. The service is impeccable, with great attention to detail that made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Jano , who gave us a warm welcome upon our arrival and took care of us throughout the entire stay. He also perfectly organized my birthday celebration, making it truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and beautiful surroundings. Thank you.

Pro: - nice beach - very nice pool, but could be little bit cleaner - very friendly staff (lobby, restaurant, pool bar etc.) Neutral: - the hotel itself needs in some parts renovation, a lot of furnitures etc. feel very old. Also the maintenance could be better. - the taste of the food is really good but it lacks variety. It is always the same and we know other 5 stars hotels in Belek with bigger and nicer buffets. - rooms are overall nice but also here best time have passed. However big new TV. - A/C was strong and nice but sometimes noisy - gym is okay but the opening hours 9-7.30pm are not convenient especially if you want to work out before breakfast. Negative: - The WiFi is really bad - as earlier said the maintenance in some parts of the hotel
