We had a wonderful stay at Kempinski The Dome in Belek. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. At the entrance, Ms. Damla gave us a warm and professional welcome, making us feel immediately at home. In the restaurant, Mr. Murat Doğan, Mr. Serkan, and Mr. Mehmet Üregen, Mr. Mehmet Karabal were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our meals — their hospitality truly made a difference. At the beach, Ms. Neslihan, Mr. Yasin, and Mr. Umut and at the pier, Mr. Murat were always ready to assist with a smile. Their friendly attitude and quick support added so much comfort to our experience. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so special! One of the most peaceful and refreshing holidays I’ve ever had. Kempinski Belek truly stands out not only for its beautiful setting, but also for its exceptionally kind and professional staff who made every moment feel effortless. The hotel offers a wonderfully calm atmosphere, spacious and very comfortable rooms, and impressive buffet dinners every evening — always fresh and delicious. The beach is clean and well-maintained, and unlike many resorts, it’s never too crowded, which makes the experience even more relaxing. If you’re looking for a place to unwind, recharge, and enjoy top-level hospitality, this is the perfect choice.

I had a wonderful holiday with my friends at this hotel in Antalya – it truly exceeded all my expectations! The location is perfect, the facilities are excellent, the rooms are clean, the food is delicious, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and enjoyable. But what truly made this experience unforgettable was the amazing hotel staff. Housekeeping did an excellent job every single day — everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made our stay even more relaxing. Despite booking a week in advance and paying in full, our reservation was abruptly canceled just one night before our scheduled check-in under the excuse of “overbooking.” The irony is that while all standard rooms were occupied, suites were still available. A professional resort would have handled this by offering an upgrade to ensure guest satisfaction, not by outright canceling confirmed reservations at the last minute. Such behavior reflects poor management, lack of professionalism, and complete disregard for customer trust. Unfortunately, this experience proved that the resort is unreliable, and we will neither return nor recommend it to anyone.

Kempinski The Dome - A Luxurious Escape You’ll Want to Return To Our recent stay at Kempinski The Dome was nothing short of unforgettable. The hotel not only met but in many ways exceeded our expectations, offering a perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and thoughtful details that make you want to come back again and again. Beach & Outdoor Experience The beach is absolutely stunning - soft sand, crystal-clear water, and a perfectly smooth entry into the sea. Sun loungers are comfortable and plentiful, and I especially appreciated the convenience of being able to take as many towels as needed, anytime. This little detail made beach days effortless. Lagoon Villa - An Unmatched Stay We stayed in a lagoon villa, and the experience was beyond words. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, with every detail carefully thought through - from the enormous walk-in closet to the two separate toilets and a supremely comfortable bed. The highlight, of course, was the private pool access. Dining Experience The food overall was excellent. We tried all the restaurants: • Fish à la carte restaurant - absolutely outstanding, both in taste and presentation. • Italian restaurant - good and enjoyable. • Asian restaurant - unfortunately, not up to standard and lacking in flavor. Sofra is a place definitely to visit! For lunch, the beach bar was a delightful surprise, offering a wide variety of tasty options. Even when the hotel was fully booked, finding a table was never a problem. The property’s layout and design make it feel uncrowded, with plenty of peaceful spots to enjoy - sometimes it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Suggestions for Improvement While our stay was exceptional, there are a few areas where the hotel could enhance the guest experience: • Replace worn beach umbrellas and refurbish the wooden walkways (walking barefoot is currently uncomfortable). • Update all public toilets, especially the beach cabins, which do not match the hotel’s otherwise high standards. • Improve housekeeping consistency - on one occasion a pillow was removed from our room, and it took four separate requests to have it returned. • Ensure lifeguards are present at both the beach and pool for guest safety. Outstanding Staff & Service One of the greatest strengths of Kempinski The Dome is its people. I truly value staff members who go above and beyond, and I believe such efforts deserve recognition: • Mert Odabaşı - Even before our arrival, Mert responded to my email with kindness and professionalism, assisted with our reservation, and ensured we had a perfect room. His dedication made our stay unforgettable. This is exactly the type of person who elevates the hospitality industry. • Devrim - From the Lady in Red / concierge team, Devrim consistently helped with every request and solved every issue with genuine care. If all staff worked at her level, the hotel would be unbeatable. • Üregen Mehmet - Waiter at breakfast and lunch, always cheerful, attentive, and providing flawless service that made each meal more enjoyable. • Osmun Chef - The mastermind behind the exquisite dishes at the fish à la carte restaurant – refined flavors and perfect execution. • Yasin Uzel - Beach service star! Always smiling, professional, and with excellent English. He made relaxing by the sea even better. • Reception team: Unut Tirgil and Hamza Bedirhan - Warm, welcoming, and eager to help, they made our last day particularly pleasant. Room for Service Growth While most of the staff were wonderful, one interaction stood out for the wrong reasons. At the spa reception, a woman named Olga handled a service issue in a way that was unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of apologizing and offering a solution, she bluntly stated she couldn’t remember what she had said during the sale and implied we should have purchased a more expensive package. Such responses do not reflect the hotel’s otherwise high service standards. Final Thoughts It is a place I would gladly return to – and wholeheartedly recommend to others seeking a truly special getaway.
