The rooms are not smelling the best / bed sheets and bathroom tissue rolls smell bad , service slow and not professional, they took an over night to bring extra towels , breakfast buffet smells disgusting and the worse food quality you can ever taste. I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone. There are no much things for kids to do except the tiny small not sanitized play area in the lobby . Save your money to enter Lego land park and kids won’t be happier.

Feedback on Our Recent Stay at LEGOLAND Hotel Dear LEGOLAND Hotels Team, During our recent stay at the LEGOLAND Hotel, several issues affected our experience: • The value didn’t match the price, feeling more like a franchised experience. • A special birthday celebration for our daughter was delayed until 9 PM, despite multiple confirmations. • Basic amenities like toiletries were insufficient for our group. • The birthday package was incomplete and not delivered on schedule. • Cleanliness in the restaurant, particularly dirty cutlery, was disappointing. However, I truly appreciate your prompt response and sincere apology. It was reassuring to see your efforts in addressing our concerns. Thank you again for your attention to this matter. Special thanks to Linda and Claussy from gust services for their kindness and caring Also for the restaurant to take a fast action and contain the issue with apologies , definitely as long as the response is fast as i saw we will repeat the experience again

We had a wonderful Christmas stay at Legoland Hotel, thanks to the exceptional service from Mr. Khan (Director) and his team. Mr. Khan was incredibly talented leader, accommodating, understanding, and organized everything perfectly, making our visit stress-free and enjoyable. The hotel was fantastic, with fun themed rooms, great facilities, and a delicious breakfast buffet. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. Special thanks to Mr. Khan for going above and beyond to make our holiday memorable. We’ll definitely return! Highly recommended for families.

OK for a one-time visit, for kids' wishlist. The location and room designs are good and kid-friendly. However, the bedding covers need timely cleaning, as they smell heavily of dust. The food quality is below standard. Most of the food is frozen, and the bakery is of very low quality (seems bought from low-cost bakeries). The coffee is of low quality, and the juices are not fresh. The only good thing is the fruit. The service quality is very poor. I ended up calling 3 times in 3 hours to get water delivered to my room. Overall, the hotel has very good potential but is mismanaged. Not worth the money. Additional comments: * I would not recommend this hotel for more than a one-night stay. * The hotel is overpriced for the quality of the food and service. * I hope that the hotel management will take steps to improve the cleanliness, food quality, and service.

Well, let s be honest. As family traveller and hunter of quality over everything. I have expected better brunch offered by Lego hotel knowing that there are many kids involved… many salads were prepared like 2 days ago, missing a lot of types of dressings. Quality of pasta and chicken nuggets is just mediocre and the main courses ( majority western food) has no western touch at all. About desserts I did notice that everything is full of sugar and whip cream, cheese cake tastes like chocolate cake or mango mousse cake or even lemon cake… so price of brunch is not offering the real value of the price: recommendation to the management: please less is more! Work on quality of your r really caring about such special customers like Kids. Now about cleaning: no complain, perfect. Service staff: they are all lost. While they r talking to you they can easily turn to other side to talk to 3 clients in the meantime. Advise to HR again: plz train your staff to know how to deal and respect each customer and his time. Lego facilities: not bad but should have more varieties.
