This was my first time staying at LEGOLAND Dubai Resort, and I must say it exceeded all expectations. The hotel is truly designed with families in mind making it an absolute paradise for kids. From the moment we arrived the LEGO-themed decorations created an atmosphere of excitement and joy making children feel like they’ve stepped into a magical LEGO world. The resort offers plenty of fun activities to keep kids entertained throughout the stay. We enjoyed Movie Madness, the swimming pool, the Creative Workshop, and the Hotel Play Structure. each activity was well organized and kept the little ones engaged and happy. It’s a place where kids can explore, play, and let their imaginations run wild. A special thanks to Ms. Maryam from reception for her warm welcome, friendly attitude, and clear explanations about the hotel’s facilities. I highly recommend LEGOLAND Dubai Resort for families, especially those with multiple children. It’s a fantastic destination where kids can have endless fun, and parents can relax knowing their little ones are having the time of their lives.

It’s our 4th booking in LEGOLAND Hotel in Dubai is one of the kind and joyful place for families with young children and parents to enjoy. The hotel's LEGO theme extends to the rooms, pool and creative workshop activities, in addition to the other near fun parks nearby to the hotel all that creating a fun and immersive experience for family vacation needs. I was highly impressed with its clean and comfortable rooms , additional back to back activities and facilities provided that keep kids engaged and making our kids have massive fun all day. Many thanks to all LEGO Land staff members where they were so friendly and always ready to assist guests with smile on their face. It's a great place to create lasting magical memories for children. I highly recommend it! ❤️🤗

We had a wonderful Christmas stay at Legoland Hotel, thanks to the exceptional service from Mr. Khan (Director) and his team. Mr. Khan was incredibly talented leader, accommodating, understanding, and organized everything perfectly, making our visit stress-free and enjoyable. The hotel was fantastic, with fun themed rooms, great facilities, and a delicious breakfast buffet. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. Special thanks to Mr. Khan for going above and beyond to make our holiday memorable. We’ll definitely return! Highly recommended for families.

Our experience was amazing. My children had an incredible time and truly enjoyed every moment♥️. In fact, they considered the last day at the hotel to be the saddest, as they didn’t want to leave the joyful atmosphere behind 🥺. Feedback on Our Recent Stay at LEGOLAND Hotel Dear LEGOLAND Hotels Team, During our recent stay at the LEGOLAND Hotel, several issues affected our experience: • The value didn’t match the price, feeling more like a franchised experience. • A special birthday celebration for our daughter was delayed until 9 PM, despite multiple confirmations. • Basic amenities like toiletries were insufficient for our group. • The birthday package was incomplete and not delivered on schedule. • Cleanliness in the restaurant, particularly dirty cutlery, was disappointing. However, I truly appreciate your prompt response and sincere apology. It was reassuring to see your efforts in addressing our concerns. Thank you again for your attention to this matter.
