I adore this hotel! From the first moment I walked in to this beautiful place, On my last day I'm sat in the sun enjoying the atmosphere, having checked out thanking the staff for a brilliant time. The staff here cannot do enough for you and I MEAN that in every sense. The hotel is immaculately clean they obsess over it. The food is UNREAL the chefs here are trained to the MAX! The bar staff are unreal they know your drinks after a few orders and nothing is done without a smile. They cannot do enough for you it made my day they way they treated me. The managers are really freindly too they don't look down on you they treat you like one thier own freinds, the guests relations are brilliant any problems don't hesitate to contact them, they will sort it as fast as possible or fail trying!. To cover the food.... I've never seen anything like it in a hotel, the standard is insane and leave you feeling happy and full. This was my first trip to Turkey but I will definitely be back. If you don't book a holiday here and try it you really are missing out

This is our second time at Limak Atlantis Deluxe, and I'm sure we'll be back next year. This hotel has everything I need to relax from my daily life. The hotel is clean, the meals are delicious, fresh, and there's plenty of space to walk around, beautiful plants, a beautiful beach, bars, pools, and free beach beds. The hotel service is amazing. I've never met such hard-working people before, yet they're always kind, helpful, and always smiling. I'll especially remember the customer service representative, Ayse. Talking to her, I felt like we'd known each other for years. She's a lovely young lady. Thank you, Limak, for a great vacation.

This is a wonderful hotel. The facilities are a great standard and clean. The staff are really friendly and a particular waiter Yilmaz🍸🍺 has made our experience amazing. He is friendly and extremely helpful. He works so hard and goes above and beyond to make our holiday delightful. He is an asset to the hotel and to the Limak Team. Yilmaz makes an effort to interact with all guests and is a genuinely nice human being. The Sultan experience is highly recommended. Your other friends from Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🥃🌞🌴

Hasim Kaya and his team deliver truly exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, Hasim went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. He helped us when we first visited a few years ago, and his kindness and professionalism have remained just as impressive. Hasim has a warm, welcoming personality that instantly puts you at ease, and he treats both me and my partner with genuine care and respect. Every interaction with him adds something special to our time at the hotel. Staff like Hasim are rare, and we truly wish there were more like him. He’s a credit to the team and a big reason we keep coming back!

I'm picky & hard to please. The hotel is a strong 4.75 for me and an easy 5 for most people I reckon. TLDR: Staff are amazing - superb elite service levels. You will have a great time. Detail: Some minor negatives first (positives below) : can't walk to belek from hotel (5 mins taxi instead) but it's likely quieter as a result. Room mini bar should include spirits (I bought a bottle to sort that) & ice facility. Occasionally there can be events going on a little past midnight so can be lively (though could have been a neighbouring hotel). That's the negatives done. Positives: met around 40 staff. All absolutely fantastic bar none. Eager to please, helpful, kind, multi lingual, remember you personally some how. Brilliant staff elevated the holiday to a super trip. Rooms v clean, pool excellent, kids loved it with loads to do. Loads of sun lounging space. We had a brilliant time. Belek is lovely but this excellent hotel is slightly removed (benefit is probs quieter).
