The experience did not start in the best way due to the constant noise around our room, located in the second block of the structure, but the helpfulness of the staff and the courtesy of many of them made us change our minds. The structure is located an hour from Antalya and 20 minutes from Belek, it does not have many open spaces during the winter, but well managed. We did not have major inconveniences except for the weather which however meant less recreational activities. The restaurant was a bit inconsistent during the week at lunch and dinner, but I did not expect better from a buffet service; very good at breakfast but horrible at night service. The bar was really good, in terms of products offered and in terms of kindness of the staff. The hotel has a fantastic open space and multiple swimming pools, one of which is indoors, really well managed. The cleaners and reception staff were kind and always available. the only big flaw was the Turkish restaurant, we never managed to book it because of their reservation system (not even the staff managed to do it) or because it was closed or fully booked.

Excellent hotel with constant consideration and service. Regularly asked if we want a fresh drink. The selection of cocktails and beers available are really good. The site has some lovely cats thats are well looked after and the kids loved them. The hotel is clean and has constant cleaners walking around. The hotel room has a mini bar restocked every day. We stayed the week leading up to Christmas day and would 100% recommend and we will 100% be back.

The resort was very nice and the staff were very polite and welcoming. In addition, the hotel beach was very nice and there is a beautiful view from the hotel room. The service is outstanding, and the food is very nice. Specifically the chefs and we pay our complements to the Chinese chef who was very polite and welcoming. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay so far!

We recently stayed at this hotel for 7 days with my family, and the time flew by! From start to finish, the service was truly unbelievable, with the staff delivering top-notch hospitality at every level. The entire team was incredibly polite, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options that catered to every taste, and the entire property, was spotless. From the bar and dining areas to the entertainment shows and activities providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We came to celebrate a family wedding and left with lifelong memories. Our stay exceeded all expectations, and I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making our stay unforgettable!

Lovely hotel, The staff are very friendly .We were given a tour of the hotel on our first day by Ege Berk, from guest relations . He is a credit to the hotel , very patient and always greeted us with a smile. Access around the hotel is good for wheelchair users, they even have a lift into the pool. It would be great if pavements outside of the hotel could be developed to promote tourism for all . If you’re a cat lover, you will like this hotel, there’s lots of cat guests here, who at times also enter the restaurant. Yemen, from the entertainment team was very good at keeping us on our toes in aqua aerobics, she was very friendly. We went out of season but hotel was still busy. Grounds and hotel are all well maintained. Overall a good hotel would be a fantastic place in summer.
