My best holiday ever, so beautiful place, so calm and peaceful mornings, staff is amazing and helpful, cleaners is amazing, in picture is best waiter who is quick and understands several languages… brilliant hotel and amazing holiday. Yes and there is cats everywhere..most of them are friendly, but still need to be careful. Food are so tasty and always served hot, even if you come in end of time on any meal. Reception staff are helpful, and as well bilingual. All and all the best holiday place.

It was a great holiday experience for us. Our rooms were clean. All staff are very caring. We had a small baby and the reception was quick to help us with the room. The food is diverse and delicious. Their drinks are quite diverse. There are alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails.

Compared to previous years, we noticed some changes in the hotel. The most noticeable is the wider variety, ensuring that everyone can find something for themselves. The service, however, has remained at the same high level – always helpful and professional in every situation. Rooms are cleaned daily, and the bar service is equally flawless – waiters regularly check in to see if we need anything. Everything is polished to perfection. The change in the animation team this year turned out to be a great decision – the new team is full of energy and dedication. The highlight of our trip was definitely playing darts. From the very first day, it became a daily routine for us to play two matches, which everyone eagerly joined. Dogan, one of the animators, impressed us the most – he knows how to connect with everyone, regardless of age group or language. His sense of humor and openness make communication easy, and he’s even making efforts to learn Polish. Out of the five years we’ve been visiting this hotel, this stay was by far the best. Highly recommended to everyone!

Great holiday with family we were unsure before we came but the room the food the drinks were awesome. We were made to feel very welcome for our new year and at the hotel. The entertainment staff are amazing! Every activity is so much fun and everyone is included and involved and everyone was happy.

It's a very nice hotel. Their staff is very polite. The reception staff took very good care of us and gave us a great room. The general areas are very large and clean. The drinks in the bars are of very high quality. Having the beach bar open in nice weather is a great advantage. I recommend it, it's a nice family hotel.
